How the LOTR men react when your on your period

A/N: I’ve been getting into LOTR again and I’m so happy. THERE TAKING THE HOBBITS TO ISENGUARD

LEGOLAS

• As usual, he somehow knows before you even bring it up

• He notices everything. Your uneven breaths, the tension in your posture, the way your patience seems to be hanging on by a thread

• He won’t directly say anything about it, not unless you bring it up

• But he’ll still show he cares, in a very Legolas way

• The camp is suddenly quiet, the bright light diming as well

• When finding camp you’d always have the most comfortable place to sit

• He’d bring you herbs, infusing it into your tea while telling you their benefits

• He’d sit extra close to you, being a silent but steady presence by your side

• He’d listen to your frustrated and emotional rabblings without an ounce of judgement

• He’d treat it like something important, sacred even

ARAGORN

• he catches on pretty fast, without u having to mention it

• He knows all the herbs, teas and remedies you would need to feel all better

• He would use the knowledge given to him by Elrond to help as much as he could

• He would prepare them silently for you, urging you to drink the herbs after the days walk

• He would constantly give you his cloak, no matter how cold the weather may be

• He’d be around you. Maybe not directly beside you, but a silent guard watching over you

• Watching you suffer would break him, knowing he couldn’t do anything to ease your pain

• He would cradle you at night, whispering reassuring words for the day to come

BOROMIR

• A worry wart

• Would be checking on you every second to make sure you were surviving

• “Are you hurt? Are you sure you don’t need to rest? Are you in need of a healer?”

• You would constantly have to reassure him that you were fine ( as fine as you could be)

• Your every need would be meat even before you utter the words

• Food, water, blankets, everything and anything you needed

• He would stand guard at night, not only to make sure the fellowship doesn’t freaking die but to make sure you were as safe as can be

• He would be in care taker mod until your period ended

GIMILI

• Not the sharpest tool in the box that’s for sure

• It takes him awhile to catch on to the fact you were on your period

• But when he does find out he makes sure that no one dares to bother you

• Literally shouts out that he will kill anyone who dares disturb you

• He’s blunt, but stays respectful of your space and your needs as well

• He brings a lot of food. And I mean a lot of it. Way to much for you to eat

• Just awkwardly standing around you not wanting to leave your side but embarrassed to say it

SAM

•Sam has never been more prepared in his life.

•He has everything you would need

• Wouldn’t fess after you as much as Boromir but is still extremely attentive

• He reminds you throughout the day to drink water and eat

• He would be completely understanding when you got a bit emotional

• Telling you how great you did today and how proud of you he was

• He treated it as if it were his duty to care of you

FRODO

• He’s extremely gentle and empathetic

• He understands what it means to have pain no one is able to see

• He’d sit with you, providing his companionship and presence over herbs and remedies

• Wouldn’t leave you alone unless you asked it of him

• Attentive to everything you say, nodding along, eyes focused on you

• He might accidentally end up holding your hand by the end of it

BAKUGO hates the cold. He gets especially grouchy during this time of year, complaining about the weather the whole day. But you know what he loves about the winter? Having a reason to constantly hold you. Forgot your mittens before coming outside? Why even worry when Bakugo’s hands are there to warm yours up. Your cold at night? You don’t need to ask twice before Bakugo is pouncing at you, wrapping you in his warm embrace.

IZUKU runs surprisingly cold. Like really cold. So it’s no surprise that he looks to you for warmth. Even when he’s extra bundled up with warm socks and sweaters, he can’t help but reach for you. During winter, you're almost always big spoon, wrapping your arm around Izuku's waist and pulling him into you. Letting him soak in your warmth has he lays his head against your chest.

TODOROKI is the type to get especially tired during the winter season. You constantly find him taking naps in the most random spots around your house. And each of those times he somehow convinces you to nap with him. His quirk is especially useful during this time, not needing to bring a blanket since he was your own living breathing heater.

KIRISHIMA is just the perfect temperature. Warm enough to keep himself from freezing but cold enough not to overheat. Just right. He’s the type to always have an extra pair of everything for you. Forgot your scarf? He kept an extra one just for you in his bag. Couldn’t find your hat at home? Good thing he has a spare in your favorite colour.

DENKI is the type that you have to worry about. He constantly leaves the house without checking the weather and pays the price for it. You don’t know a time during the winter season where he isn't sick. You’ve made a habit of constantly calling him in the morning before he leaves to make sure he won’t die. Constantly reminding him that he will freeze his ass off without a coat. ( he goes outside without it anyways, says it ruins his outfit )

Groaning, you flop on your back from your seating position on the bed.

“Ok, but like, how is it my fault that vino and vino are the exact same word but mean different things? I didnt ask for this torture..”

Sero looks down on you, chuckling slightly at your misery.

“I told you duolingo is a shit learning app”

“It’s not shit! I just need more time to adjust to the homophones.”

“But don’t you have a 267 day streak?” He asked, already knowing the answer.

You glare at him, your brain too fried to come up with a snarky remark.

“I thought Spanish would be easier..” you mumble.

“Dont give up now, cariño. Here, I’ll help you this time.”

“Promise you won’t laugh at my pronunciation this time?”

“Well, I can’t promise that.”

Pain. Pain. Pain

That’s all Fengxian could feel. Her body felt like it was burning alive. The scorching pain spread through her body faster than she could have ever anticipated. Her thighs had gone numb, coated with sweat and blood.

The voices of the courtesans above her telling her to push had muted, as if time itself had lost all its meaning. She was exhausted, drained of all her life, yet she could only ask one question.

“Where is Lakan.?” She murmured. “Where is he?”

“Fengxian…” A voice had said, trailing off with pity.

“He’s not coming. We sent thousands of letters, it’s been months since you’ve seen him. He’s not coming.” Another voice had said

Something inside her tore, faced with something she knew was bound to come. Faced with the inevitable. She screamed. She screamed until her voice gave out and there was nothing left of her. She screamed until the pain took over her. Until she blacked out.

Waking up hours later didn’t kill her headache, nor the pain in her body.

A screech cry was the only thing that broke her out of her thoughts. Watching as one of the courtesans brings the creature her baby to her.

Yet, the relief she was suppose to feel, the love and adoration she was expecting were nowhere to be found. All she saw was this thing, red and crying. She hated it. Hated what she created. Hated the man she craved the most.

“Get that thing away from me.”

“Can you at least try it?” Gojo huffs, clearly annoyed at having to beg you to try his “amazing” dessert he had spent the better half of 2 hours making.

You eye the pastry suspiciously, watching the blue syrup drip down the obviously overly-sweet cake.

“What even is that—are you sure I wont die from eating this?”

“I mean.. I haven’t died yet, right?”

“Toru, I refuse to eat that. It looks.. infected.”

“Baby please!” he whines. “Just one bite. I won’t ask you again! I worked so hard to make this.”

You huff, finally letting him get his way. Picking up your fork, you dip it into the dessert. Gathering all the whipped cream, syrup, cookie pieces and all the other mysterious substances in one go.

“Alright..” you mutter. “ If this goes wrong, I love you satoru.”

Seeing his eyes light up made putting the death concoction into your month almost worth it.

“See! It wasn't so bad after all. Wait, hello? No, hold on, baby say something! Don’t pass out!”
