I was binging Spectacular Spider-Man recently, and I thought about some ideas for a crossover with my Maxsteel insert OC.

And so... doodles! It was really fun drawing her in the art style. (No... I don't ship Aura and Peter, what gives you that idea? ( •_•) )

IEYTD, My Phoenix & Handler version. I imagine this happening during the Juniper ark. Of course he'd be pretty upset about this. :3

My IEYTD AU fic WIP

When the EOD intercepts a message that suggests World-Famous actor John Juniper may be a target of Zoraxis, the agency dispatches an agent to keep an eye on him and protect him should the need arise. And who does Handler sign up for the job but the agent who destroyed the Death Engine itself?

The Agent resents this new mission, she's built for espionage, not body guarding. (Not to mention the fact that her charge is "flirty" and full of himself to say the least.) But Juniper's entourage is more than suspicious, and Zoraxis attacks seem to threaten his life everywhere he goes.

That's when she realizes charming, fun-loving Juniper may unknowingly be in the center of a Zoraxis plot for world domination. And when she gets far too.. invested in her job. But in the field, agents aren't supposed to get emotionally attached.

And for good reason…

This AU and fic were heavily inspired by the novel "Close Quarters", a prequel novel to the TV show "Alias".

I thought long and hard about using they/them for Phoenix in order to cater to the biggest audience (leaving Phoenix's gender up to the reader). But I decided to use my She/Her Agent Phoenix for several reasons, one of them being there is a sad lack of Female Agent Phoenix's out there.

I'm really excited to finish the first chapter. :D

Posting these old ieytd doodles, because while they aren’t very good, I had a lot of fun making them and it’s fun to see how my design of Agent Phoenix changed over time.

The ending of ieytd 2 nearly had me in tears so I… I had to draw it.

I love this darn game too much.

And here I am VERY late to the party with my own version of Agent Phoenix.

And of course she wouldn’t be a fan made Phoenix without a tragic backstory and slowly growing relationship with Handler (whom she refers to as “H”. Which wasn’t meant to be an affectionate nickname, but became one)

(that nickname is inspired by @agent-calivide’s fanfics btw. I wouldn’t feel right without mentioning that. Her Phoenix calls him “M” and I really liked the idea of a single letter nickname, then decided that it’s what she would call him. And the fics are absolutely amazing, you should go check them out immediately)

It came to me in a dream... and wouldn't leave me alone. I've seen shirts like that somewhere and I couldn't stop thinking about these three wearing them. I absolutely LOVE these characters. And they give me siblings vibes! (Except Ru and Macaque obviously.)

Macaque's not real happy about it, because of what happened the last time he had "siblings", but they've grown close and he's willing to do this. Thank you for this comic. Thank you for these characters! They drive me bananas, but I love them.

I drew this after seeing poor An He at the end of Chapter 8, and then Ru looking for her the beginning of Chapter 9. I wanted to draw them so badly, and I decided to try drawing them in their animal forms. (Sorry for bad quality.) I need gentle moments between these two and I'm glad we're getting them.

Lumi, can I just say I love your characters so much? Thank you for creating this story! :) These two hurt me in the feels. But I'm SO glad they're coming together again.

I made Akita!! I was so worried she wouldn’t look good. There were several details I was worried about. Turns out, simplicity is your friend! And I LOVE this sweet little plush. I love this girl so much.

I wasn’t going to post this because I didn’t think I crafted her very good, but then she went in the yarn box for a couple weeks. I pulled her out today and now that I’m looking at her with new eyes, she looks pretty good!
