🤗Was very happy to find some dresses in the cupboard that haven't fit for years!🤗 . Bought this little summer dress 2 years ago in Bali...I might even be able wear it in 4 months time when we go again...or maybe it will be too big 😏 . Goals...I set one to lose 23.7kg before the 27th of May 2019 as that is when we are off to Bali 🛫🌴❤ ...I have 11.9kg to go and there is 15 weeks to go 😏 I am super focused and determined to get there. . I am trying to break it down to mini goals now • to be under 80kg in 3 weeks time • to to be 75kg in 9 weeks time • to be 70kg in 15 weeks time . I will be rewarding myself with little things along the way...most likely clothes...oh the tragedy 😂😂😂 . 😳😳Had a look at my BMI and so close to being out of the obese range to just the overweight range 🥴🥴. Still not happy with that but it is better! . My goal weight is 70kg for Bali but that will still mean I am overweight. 😳. My healthy weight would mean I might need to change my goal to 68kg but just not sure that is achievable in the time I have.
