So I just think a lot about Arthur Lester/Jon Jarchivist Sims bc Arthur is basically a hotter version of Jon who sucks slightly less. They're both curious to a fault, deeply self-hating, passively suicidal yet extremely afraid of death/pain, have very little patience for people they dislike, and, in the context of this post, yappers. But they're also different in ways that I think compliment one another: Arthur's resourcefulness and determination covering for Jon's fatalistic curl-up-and-cry-about-it mentality, Jon's tender heart counteracting Arthur's jadedness. I just really really think they would work together and have a lot of chemistry.
