This blog is for people who also like that stuff and wanna look at it or talk about it.

Mod will talk about his (suspected) identity (whether orientation, mental illness, or other). Feel free to send asks about yours too!

As much as I want to share my disorders on here, that's probably not a great idea. So I'll just say I have 2 confirmed, 3 to be tested, and that they can sometimes make me anxious, sensitive, confused, and aggressive. I do love talking about disorders, symptoms, and flags for them though so ya!

DesirMaDD- a desirdae term for those that desire/yearn/want Maladaptive Daydreaming Disorder (MaDD) in some way, usually due to atypical dysphoria.

This term does not support transition, as transitioning towards MaDD would be harmful, but regular daydreaming is encouraged.

I fell in love with the Las Vegas strip when I was sixteen years old and I've been pretending it was something else ever since, and pretending that what I felt when I saw those lights at night in person for the first time was not love, but it's getting harder to deny every day. None of the shows my family saw or the touristy things we did struck me as hard as the feeling of walking on that sidewalk and looking up at the city around me.

I snuck out of my hotel room every night. My parents never found out. I was told never under any circumstances to go out alone, but I did. I didn't leave the actual building, i just took the elevator down to the casino floor and walked through the halls of little shops and restaurants, and just from that I felt a greater catharsis than any other place has ever given me.

I need to go back. Someday, I will.
