day 1 When and how did you discover Prongsfoot?

I think somehow through one of the drarry fanfics. if I remember correctly, Harry got drunk, thought about his sexuality, remembered Sirius, and came to the conclusion that the way Sirius talked about his father was more like adoration and love than friendship. I thought 'yes, why not'. but I started shiping after another drarry fanfic, where Sirius survived and confessed his feelings for James to Harry. I don't remember what fics it were, it was a long time ago, back in 2016-2018, when I first started journey in fandom

what I remember is that I wasn't really surprised, for me it was a natural continuation of things. like, yes, that explains everything

I wasn't looking for the fics specifically, but I was glad when drarry authors explored Sirius' feelings for James, whether platonic or romantic, although romantic is better, of course

day 2 What makes you ship Prongsfoot?

I just love them

I have a soft spot for the friends to lovers trope, even though I'm still looking for the perfect one. my favourite is when friends break up at a certain point in their lives and reunite a few years later. bonus if the other continues to deny their feelings and goes through emotional torture while the first doesn't notice. Prongsfoot is clearly the latter type.

they're nerds, troublemakers, complex characters (bullies who supposedly got better but really didn't), with complex fates. that's interesting. they're inventors! I have a really big soft spot for characters like that.

day 3 What’s your favorite part of writing or drawing Prongsfoot?

angst. I love fluff too, but angst - when Sirius is consumed by feelings for James, and he doesn't notice, in love with Lily or another girl, it doesn't matter if they end up together or Sirius finds another love - this is mine forever

these works convinced me that Prongsfoot could be the main ship, and I don't regret for a day that I once came across them. beautifully written, easy to read, completely enjoyable, and I want to reread them again and again. AU in both cases: the first is about Sirius the werewolf, the second - of course - about the charismatic and sometimes super evil Sirius, if he were sorted into Slytherin. James is also different, which it suits him in circumstances

Sirius refused to allow himself to indulge in gazing at James, even though the firewhisky flowing through his veins urged him to smile foolishly at every movement of those calloused hands and sharp shoulders.

James kissed Sirius, first on the lower lip, then the upper. He kissed his jaw and buried his nose in his neck, wrapping his arms around him and breathing in the scent of leather jacket and cologne.

top 5 of your favorite drarry moments from books that you love when they're mentioned in fics

Draco lying to protect Harry at the Manor despite the huge risk to himself and his family

Harry risking his friends and his mission to save Draco - and Draco only; he straight up didn't even think about grabbing Goyle

The bit in book 6 where Draco recognizes Harry by his breathing and Harry, despite (CORRECTLY!!) suspecting Draco of being a Death Eater not being at all worried that Draco will seriously hurt him or hand him over to Voldemort even once Draco incapacitates him

Narcissa assuming Harry will know if Draco is alive and where he is - and BEING RIGHT

The drarry being so blatant that LORD-FUCKING-VOLDEMORT-HIMSELF immediately suspects Draco has defected to be with Harry when he goes missing

this was actually really hard because there are SO MANY MOMENTS I wanted to include.

Bonus shoutout to all the times Harry was the biggest problematic Draco apologist ever especially

The time when Draco, who Harry suspects of being a Death Eater, says some INCREDIBLY incriminating things and tries to use an illegal curse on Harry and Harry...doesn't tell anyone these facts even though they would get him out of trouble and completely backs off Draco because he seems to be having a hard time

The time where after witnessing Draco (seemingly) be the cause of Dumbledore's murder at Snape's hands (and Bill's maiming) Harry can't stop worrying about Draco and wondering where he is and if he's ok

The time where Harry apparently lied to the wizard police and pinned everything associated with said murder on Snape because yes Draco confessed to a bunch of crimes while Harry was listening but he seemed really sad and stressed about it so...

The time where after having a vision of Draco torturing someone Harry's immediate thought is "damn can't believe Draco had to go through that"

As gen-AI becomes more normalized (Chappell Roan encouraging it, grifters on the rise, young artists using it), I wanna express how I will never turn to it because it fundamentally bores me to my core. There is no reason for me to want to use gen-AI because I will never want to give up my autonomy in creating art. I never want to become reliant on an inhuman object for expression, least of all if that object is created and controlled by tech companies. I draw not because I want a drawing but because I love the process of drawing. So even in a future where everyone’s accepted it, I’m never gonna sway on this.
