Hey. What makes you believe that they recoined it from you? They said they coined it and it's not crazy to think that they thought of it without seeing your post. This might be a coincidence. Don't jump to conclusions like this.

Thank you for asking! It wasn't necessarily this post alone, but that they coined both these terms and the murderer/murdered terms, all of which are the terms I've most recently made flags for. Additionally, both these flags and the 'desirmurderer' flag have very similar color schemes to ours— attached are screenshots for comparison, with the amount of color change it took to 'get to' the different colors. I didn't have to change the third at all— it's extremely similar to ours and it's pretty obvious.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind recoins— like you said, it might be a coincidence. However, both of those term groups being made at the same time, and their flags having such similar colors (or colors that can be grabbed from only slightly adjusting mine)? Seems like too much of a coincidence, if you ask me. I'm just asking for a little attribution for something that was so blatantly taken and claimed as theirs.

So I have just saw this, and I have decided it is necessary for me to clear some things up here.

The colour schemes used in my recent flags are directly inspired by colour palettes from the website Coolors ! (I didnt directly pick from it but I used the palettes as starting points for the flags) It is a website where one can find really cool colour pallettes quickly, I have never once seen your terms before as I am anti radqueer. I can 100% see where you are coming from when it comes to these colour palettes. Here are some of the colour palettes that inspired me when making these;

I have never once seen your “transID”’s and the desirmurdered + murderer combo was a suggestion from my partner, we were on a call while I was originally making the desirloved + lover flags which is when they suggested desirmurdered + murderer.

So no, I did not steal your terms, flags, and/or anything else you are suggesting here.

I learned about how other DID systems experience amnesia and one description has hit the nail on the head. We experience black-out amnesia, but not how it is commonly portrayed online or in media. We do not get confused about where we are, find ourselves in places we do not remember going. We do not notice our amnesia unless we are reminded of it.

Amnesia to us is like digging through sand trying to find the memory in our brain.

I do not recall forgetting something until i am supposed to remember the events. It feels to me like i have experienced every second of every day. I find it difficult to notice memory gaps on my own, and i believe that is partly the point of DID.
