I wanted to do a different character, but it was already taken when I found out about this project. So, I picked to do Mario instead. Besides, the composition idea is too good to miss and I get to work on pastels and black paper again. :D

Wouldn’t be something if a Question Block appears in the middle of a Smash game and Mario hits it and came out a Smash Ball which he will eventually get?

Today, we say goodbye to the stove top oven that kept on working until it can’t no more. It truly was the icon for the former home owners who no doubt created wonderful meals for their family & friends. It had truly the same for us, & having the ultimate steak dinner last night was the perfect ending for it. We know that we will eventually replace it when the time comes, but we didn’t expect sooner than later. It kept working with us until it cannot produce heat in the oven. This was the sign that it’s time.

Rest in peace, General Electric (GE) Stove Top Oven. Thank you for all the cooking memories, especially the one when you helped bake the most delicious grilled cheese ever! The new stove top oven will pick up where you left off.

I’ll give the “AI Bros” one thing: my gratitude for reminding me how valuable & important human made art is for this world. With only a fraction of electricity & freshwater needed, even I can create one of the kind artworks that is not AI Generated. I’m reawaken of how much fun it is to create something for your own, like this Super Plushie styled caricature of me, drew with my very own hands & with a variety of markers & pastels I still have long ago.
