I HAVE NEVER SEEN CHEMISTRY LIKE THIS ON SCREEN BEFORE IT’S CRAZY 😭
OH MY BYLER HEART.
THEY DESTROY ME.
I DROWN IN THEM. LOOK AT MIKE’S SMILE WHILE LOOKING AT THE GROUND.
And people say he isn’t in love with Will. 😂
Okay. Sure lol.
rape and forced pregnancy are a unique way to weaponize women’s own bodies against them so that they hate themselves instead of hating men
Apple Crisp 🍎🍂✨
like 99% of "men and women are soooo different!!!" comedy is literally just describing the experience of not understanding other people. like it's not that women never say what they mean talking to other people is just like that. it can be hard to understand what other people are thinking. bioessentialism really rots the brain
"women will say I'm fine and then not mean it" yeah that's something literally everybody does. is this your first time interacting with another human being my guy
this is one of the only funny responses on this hell of a post
“…you’re a non man attracted to non men in a world where you were taught that your worth was defined by men.” say that again. one more time. slowly.
hate when men are like “we have to keep our emotions inside 💔” everyones supposed to do that u freak
Also men: School shootings, smashing things with baseball bats, screaming, beating their wives and daughters, road rage, fights with other men, disproportionate rates of murder and sexual assaults, crippling addiction to violent pornography that fuels rape and violence in the real world as well as the sex trafficking and enslavement of women, etc.
"I'm just so sick of keeping it all to myself and not being able to negatively affect others even more." :( "My sex class is so known for that. I'm a victim." :(
one woman choosing not to shave her legs and not wear makeup is more counterculture than 1k mass-produced aliexpress fetish gear goth/punk aesthetic’d girls !!!!
things could be worse. you could have school tomorrow.
I’m astounded, no, flabbergasted that Mike hasn’t fallen madly in love with Will and kissed him in the heat of the moment yet. Will is the most precious, most adorable, most lovable person in the entire party, nay, all of Hawkins. He’s so cute and amazing why can’t Mike realize that and just get with Will already
Look at him, he’s literally going absolutely nothing, just standing there, and he is the cutest person ever. How can someone be so perfect, so adorable, without trying or doing a single thing! Mike needs to make a move he can’t give up the chance! They are made for each other. Why is mike such as oblivious mother f^cker?
I can’t with this man. He’s oblivious right? But he also gets away with this lip gaze every season. He can’t keep getting away with it. He’s so starstruck, so in awe, so captivated, so entranced, so spellbound, so entranced, so mesmerized, so stunned. But they’re just “friends”? That is the look of someone who wants to kiss someone. Nobody will change my mind. They’re soulmates.

i think one of our goals as a radical feminist & lesbian feminist community over the next 5 years should be a serious resurgence of more music, writing & art projects. we have to show up together as a community to not only create but to caring about each other’s creations. women’s (& especially lesbian) culture has been under attack but we’re not dead yet. thinking of a zine? set yourself a timeline. ask for submissions. if no one else submits, just make it yourself and release it. i think the importance of physical copies is sometimes lost on us as a community! there is something so special about holding something physical in your hands and knowing someone who, no matter your differences, is in the same basic fight for female liberation as you are. let’s make this happen! CREATE! the more you tell your story in whatever form inspires you, the more women you reach and inspire.
Big emphasis on supporting/caring about women’s creations.
Speaking for myself and several other rad creators, it can sometimes feel like performing to a crowd of empty chairs. We are putting in the work creating things gyns talk about wanting, but arent getting a lot of feedback, even within the niche.
If you want to see more rad-influenced work you NEED to engage.
Financial support is great, sure. But comments, reblogs, anons go a long, long way in keeping creative gyns motivated.
we really do have a level of networking through social media that was unthinkable to previous waves of lesbian organizing- AND so many of the women involved in the last big period of huge lesbian culture creation are still alive and active… we genuinely are set up to have a burst of cultural output (art, music, writing, ideas, events, actions- everything) equivalent to what lesbians had in the past, it would be so cool to collectively make good on the moment
I would love to one day have a women’s workspace. Where peers can help and encourage each other. Music, art, writing, photography, etc.
Women have made this a reality in Leeds, UK!! Virago Women’s Workshop. It’s possible, it’s doable, and it’s needed!
See the thing is that performing femininity DOES empower women. Most women are very aware that they are treated better when they wear makeup and dress femininely. But no man is afraid of eyeliner “sharp enough to kill a man”. No woman ever got a job over a man because she was wearing heels and he wasn’t. But women have lost opportunities and been treated like shit for not doing those things.
Female empowerment through performing femininity does not give women power over men. It gives women power over other women. That fucking sucks.
“Listen to trans women”
Oh we have. We’ve listened and listened and listened. Then we realized there’s a lot of misogyny and homophobia pushed by the movement that isn’t being addressed. And when we tried to respectfully share our observations you called us “terfs”. You sent us rape and death threats. No one is allowed to question what’s being said by trans activists. If you don’t share this one opinion you’re instantly labeled a bigot. If you don’t agree with twaw/tmam you’re a disgusting human being who’s got blood on their hands.
We’ve heard enough. It’s time for us to talk now.
I’m not listening to men mansplain womanhood at all!
No one wants to be treated like a woman, not “cis” women or trans “women.”
If the female experience was realized as it truly is, it would not be so envied. Trans women have an idealized version of womanhood. They don’t identify with us and our lived experiences, they identify with femininity, a tool of our oppression.
