I mean, if you choose the pacifist Markus route, the public opinion on androids is super high, so why would Connor’s colleagues be an exception
How can you not like Connor anyway, he is a pure & badass little bean

Imagine Connor being invited to lunch

He mostly observes the conversation, but everyone loves to hear his opinion on stuff, since it’s usually really unique and deep
People actually laugh at his jokes and Connor is pleased
Imagine officers becoming so tired of Connor wearing the same suit every day for months that they decide to surprise him
So one day, just before Christmas, Connor walks into the office just to find his desk being littered with small colorful bags and boxes
And each one contains a sweater
There are so many sweaters, from classic to funny (at least one has a ROBO COP and a DPD logo pattern on it) to outright ridiculous (with glitter and tiny LEDs and all that)
Hank is torn between laughing uncontrollably at Connor’s confused face and AWWWWWW
Connor wears them until April
Imagine staff noticing that Connor likes to take care of Hank’s half-dead plants
So they just bring him his own
“Nah, Connor, don’t worry, it’s nothing, my aunt Liz gifted me all these succulents and I don’t know what to do with them anyway”
The pots still have price tags on them
Once empty desk is all green now and Connor is living
Fowler wants to complain about these hanging gardens in his pristine office but chooses not to
Connor gives them designations
One plant is labeled “Hank”
It does look grumpy, though
