@leclecarchie is a lesbophobic transmisogynist + rbs suggestive art of minors and straight up draws sexual harassment relating to minors + rbs aged up ship art of minors
lets get the lesbophobia out of the way because in the grand scheme of things, it's relatively minor in comparison to the other two things (note: im a lesbian and i am in no way dismissing her casual lesbophobia but i feel like the nsfw art of minors, which is a federal crime in the us, is worse)
op posted the following comic
the reason this is lesbophobic is because the literal only portrayal of lesbians in this comic is when one is being a bitch to a main character! who then proceeds to act in a predatory way to the character's only trans girl by isolating her from her friends and touching her in an overly familiar manner. this plays directly into the stereotype that lesbians are mean, bitchy exclusionists ("i dont trust people who have the lesbian flag as their avatar because they're usually aphobes") and predatory!
she "apologized" for this post, before deleting the apology, wherein the only thing she said was that she didnt realize she was stereotyping lesbians and planned to keep the panel as a part of the comic. thereafter she deleted the comic altogether.
in the notes of the original post, lots of people posted anti-lesbian sentiments, showing exactly why this rhetoric is harmful and dangerous as shown below, just in case anyone wants to tell me this isn't lesbophobic
and before anyone wants to say these comments aren't about lesbians specifically. i ask you, who in that comic was portrayed as an "exclusionist" and what demographic of the lgbt community faces the most "(x flag) is an aphobic dogwhistle" nonsense.
moving onto the heavier claims:
here is a post where she's reblogged art of 2 minors, laying in bed, shirtless with bitemarks all over them. these people are teenagers and she is 23.
here is a post where she's reblogged aged up art of minors.
here is a post where she's drawn "genderbends" of my hero academia characters, only for one of the boys to blow their skirts up so their underwear is visible.
similar suggestive themes are found within her own comic. the "transcendent" comic she draws features a trans girl; in one comic, the character in question (olive) goes to the beach where she sees a few high school girls where the following happens:
olive is also in middle school, so there are a few problems wrong with this comic.
a high school boy is ogling a 12-13 year old girl, which is predatory and
the high school girls then attack this child for their boyfriends ogling her and then blame her for their boyfriends' predatory behavior. in a later panel in this same comic, olive CELEBRATES this.
again, op is 23 and has no business drawing minors in this manner.
she's also cis and the main protagonist of her comic is a trans girl, except she's every single transmisogynistic stereotype possible.
olive's birthname is oliver and now she goes by olive
there's a recurring theme of people treating olive in an overly sexual manner (boys looking up her skirt, discussing what cup size she'll get while on hormones, being sexualized) and repeatedly olive is (weirdly) shown as being HAPPY about these things
let me be clear: these things are stereotypes and they're harmful and they're transmisogynistic. op, as a cis woman, has no right to portray a trans GIRL (olive is a CHILD she is in MIDDLE SCHOOL so she is 11-13) in this manner. it is creepy, it is invasive, it is transmisogynistic and wholly and entirely inappropriate.
please do not support her or her comics or her artwork. there are plenty of artists out there on tumblr who deserve your support, and she is not one of them, thank you for your time.
