The Boil (Lower eastside, Manhattan) I finally made my way to grab seafood from the Boil. Omg. This place definitely lived up to the hype. 3lbs of crab legs seasoned with the boil sauce (mixture of old bay, garlic butter and lemon pepper) and 1lb of shrimp seasoned with garlic butter and old bay was purely a delight for a Saturday dinner choice. I also had a side of mac and cheese which was a great addition to the meal. Overall this food was awesome and they have great service. Be sure to give yourself an extra hour and some change for the waiting list but it's surely worth it. 🦀🍽🌊

Saturday eats - Lobo (Park Slope, Brooklyn) Stumbled across this somewhat hidden gem while strolling through Park Slope. The enchiladas are amazing and the stewed okra is equally as amazing. The okra was a tad bit spicy so be aware but definitely will be back again 👌🏾

The perfect place to go for NYE in New York is definitely Stanton Social (LES). This tapas style restaurant/lounge never disappoints. The menu does often change so you may not be able to try exactly what I had on NYE but the executive chef creates great dishes throughout the year. I had the pleasure of having seared scallops with lobster ravioli garnished with tomatoes and a cream sauce. The beef and broccoli which entailed braised beef atop a rice cake with a broccoli cream base and the special Social Mac and cheese which craftily included Italian sausage. The specialty cocktails are also a must try. Pictured above are the ruby jack and the strawberry fields. Cheers 🍾🍸

What a pleasure to dine at Cornerstone Cafe in East Village, NY. The french toast is to die for and I ordered a side of bacon along with eggs. Sidebar the eggs come with potatoes and mixed greens 😊. The pancakes with the strawberry compote is also just as good. The finishing touch was made with the mimosa. Definitely a must try if you're ever in the area.

Nobu- (TriBeCa, NY) I had the pleasure of dining here over the weekend. Perfect ambiance, great food and service. To start, the rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce was amazing. Of course, you have to try sushi as well; I went with the soft shell crab roll. For the entree, the filet of salmon with teriyaki sauce was my choice for the evening. All in all, everything was great. Oh yea, the pineapple martini is a must try as well. 🍸😋🍽
