🍽️ My Basic Weight Loss Diet Plan:
✅ Morning (8 AM – 9 AM)
Warm lemon water with a pinch of cinnamon
1 boiled egg + 1 slice whole grain toast OR oatmeal with chia seeds and berries
✅ Mid-morning snack (11 AM)
A small fruit (apple/banana/orange)
Green tea (no sugar)
✅ Lunch (1 PM – 2 PM)
Grilled chicken/fish or tofu
A bowl of steamed veggies
Brown rice or quinoa (small portion)
Cucumber salad
✅ Afternoon snack (4 PM – 5 PM)
A handful of almonds or walnuts
Black coffee or herbal tea
✅ Dinner (7 PM – 8 PM)
Light soup or stir-fry with lean protein and veggies
No carbs after 6 PM (most days)
✅ Hydration
At least 2.5–3 liters of water daily
🚫 Avoided:
