🚨🍺🚨 BEER COMPETITION ALERT 🚨🍺🚨 I want to play a game 👹 It's called 'Guess what I'm brewing' 🍺 I got impatient and cracked a sample bottle of my mystery beer open today, it could do with another couple of weeks conditioning but it's pretty good already. It pours thick and cloudy with a sweet fruity, almost cidery aroma from the blueberries, and then the hops come into play. Galaxy, Mosaic and Citra doing their thing and working really well together. I went Galaxy heavy with Citra and Mosaic taking a backseat so they didn't overpower it. Thick, full mouthfeel with low carbonation and a little hop burn which will die down with more conditioning. Low smooth bitterness and a fruity finish which lingers on the tongue. Overall I'm very happy with this beer, it was an experiment so I wasn't sure what the final beer would taste like, but it was well worth it… Time for the final round of guessing.
