the way i see it is matt and peter being in their weird little situationship, and matt and elektra doing their constant on and off thing. it seeds a little rivalry between peter and elektra as they see each other both recieving matts affection, and they end up just falling for each other and getting together leaving matt floored and confused until spidey and elektra are like "no we still want to fuck you too dont worry."
