cleaned up a comic I sketched earlier this year, around the time I was thinking of what my own Powerpuff Girls adaptation would be like.

I settled on the idea that in this universe, Professor Utonium accidentally created the girls during his late twenties, and was woefully unprepared for parenthood. despite this, he immediately began work on becoming the best father he could.
the girls were roughly equivalent to 6 y/os upon creation, and though they were born with a deeply ingrained sense of justice and desire to fight evil, the Professor strictly limited any dangerous activies for the next five years. they "fought evil" mostly via volunteer work and social activism.
when the girls entered middle school (as 11 y/os) they were finally allowed to begin superhero work, juggling this with school life and extracurricular activities.
at this point in her life, Blossom began branching out into several school clubs, and was particularly passionate about sewing and martial arts. she often wore self-made clothing and accessories, and designed custom superhero costumes for herself and her sisters.
Bubbles and Buttercup, meanwhile, were only just becoming comfortable building social lives. while all three girls are on the spectrum - like their father - Blossom initially had an easier time managing social symptoms.
Bubbles's main special interest was marine life - particularly deep sea creatures - and she brought her stuffed octopus to school everyday as a comfort item, only leaving him at home when fighting crime to ensure he didn't get hurt. she also wore her duck rainboots to school every day, and began experimenting with gender around this time.
last but not least, Buttercup picked up team sports, with her favourites being soccer/football and baseball. she also started therapy after repeated issues with team & classmates, working on her ability to regulate emotions as well as manage other depressive symptoms.
[My Au] Blossom witch redesign. Of the three sisters, Blossom has the most points to be suspected of being a witch: Her eye color and hair color, can't cook and always read books.
[PPG Au] Witches confront the church, but they are also the ones who believe in God more than anyone else, because they themselves are not human. It is not surprising that there is a god in the world. They wore black clothes and even carried crosses just like nuns.
