Day 1 of Autumn 2016.

I haven't been posting, I don't know if its the lack of motivation or I've just been super busy at work. I'm gonna say both those reasons. Art at the park project went down very well. Which was amazing! Everything ran smoothly on the day. It was extremely warm outside though. I met some really great people and artists. I've been moved again in the office up to the AVAs area/project. I'm still working on a few final things for AATP. Shouldn't take me anymore then the next 2 days to get it all over and done with and then I'll be starting to the AVAs with D & L. Which definitely will be a challenge. New learning skills here i come. Lately i guess I've been feeling content with my personal life. Its the 1st March. Starting to save up this pay so i can be ready for end of May to move out with my partner. Things seem really great right now. I am very happy. Other then these two things, Work & personal life everything else is just peachy. I have gotton back into art myself. And did a piece for our event later this year in October. The theme is still set in stone "Lighter side of dark" Anywho its late. 22:58pm. Tuesday. Gonna go stare at art and then sleep. )0(

Wow it's been like 5 weeks since i last posted. So much has happned in my personal work life in those weeks. For the past almost 6 weeks i have been thrown into the deep end of a Art project. And I've had to organize Everything myself, get insurance quotes, book a hall/place, invite as many Artists and crafters as i can. Gelp (J) with the floor plans, help (D) with the risk assessment, invite our local art students(they won't be coming along as the day event is held early morning Friday and everyone will be at school) invited our local Politicians(i didn't want to. Because they are all crap but i did. But none are coming because they are all preping for the voting time soon) paired up with this place called 'Phoenix House' who deal with woman and children who have had experience in violence/sexual violence. All donations we make on the day go to them guys! I have organized an Art battle/Scribble to happen. There will be a Banner for our community to participate in for a gold coin donation. Organized for a DJ to use his equipment on the day also I've had to organize media and get out event out there ( i hate this part.) I did a ABC OPEN radio interview. My very one. Totally freaked out. Aha. But I'm glad i had a go at it. Theee is so much more i have done but can't remember... this event is next Friday. Its my companys very first Art event. And its my very first event that I've organized myself. I can't wait to see how it all plans out next Thursday (set up) and next Friday(The event day!)

DAY8-13/1/16-Lunch; today i had roast vegies for lunch. A mixture of zucchini, carrots, garlic, onions, sweet potato, pumpkin and white potato. :) -i skiped breakfast, i wasn't feeling too well this morning. And for Dinner i had a cheese and Tomato pizza. :) it was a good change.

DAY7-12/1/16-Dinner; i got a whole heap of stringy mangos FREE from this lovely man i work with today. For late afternoon snack and dinner i just had 5 of these yummy juicy mangos, red frozen grapes and drozen fresh lychees. (Also hot the Lychees free from one of myums bestfriends who works on a lychee farm. So we scored!)

DAY7-12/1/16-Breakfast: 1 bowl of cooked brown sugar oats. With coconut sugar, black chia seeds and cinnamon. And a hand ful of mixed nuts and seeds with dried cranberries. 600ml H2o.

13/1/16- got promoted yesterday from Events department to ART project. 6 weeks to get shit together and it up and running!!.

This is the very first event i shall be hosting. Scary.

DAYSIX-11/1/16-Dinner; Roast mixed Vegetables( Garlic, Onion, Carrots, sweet potato, Zucchini and Pumpkin.) With some dry mixed herbs, cracked pepper and salt. With a sundried tomato oil drizzle. And a "not a hamburger" pattie. I got aome pain killers from the doctor. I have to take 6 a day D; hopefully they help my pain. Alot of rest is needed with light exercise doctor says. Anywho ima upload this and head to bed, even though its only almost 8pm.

DAY6-11/1/16-Breakfast; no photo :( i had fruit toast 2 slices and a handful of red grapes. Super unorganized today. Got like 3.5 sleep. :( But lucky i scored a doctors appointment at 2:50pm. So i have roughly 6hours here. Soon as i get home. Ima sleep.

D; it's 2:13am and I'm suppose to be up and getting ready for work in 5 hours and my lower back decides "no! No sleep for you!" This isn't a good start to my first day back at work or my Monday. I took one pain killer. I hope it hurrys up and kicks in, so i can have 5hrs of sleep! At least. 8.5 days work with 5 hoirs of sleep...oh man.

DAY5-10/1/16-Dinner; i had some zucchini, cherry tomatos and spinach sautéed with cravked pepper amd coconut oil on se bed of jasmine rice.

Back to work for me (tomorrow) after 3 weeks off. Made my lunch for tomorrow for work. Got some garlic and soy sauce spinach with some brown rice and some chilly beans!!

DAYFIVE-10/1/16-Lunch; today i had left over pumpkin soup with my last bit of coconut yoghurt on top. I know that probs sounds strange….lol but it was very yummy. And the hot of the soup with the cold of the coconut was just so amazing! 2x600ml H2o

DAYFIVE-10/1/16-Breakfast; today i had a fruit bowl. In my bowl i had a big handfull of fresh lychees, 2tbs frozen blue berries and 2tbs frozen red grapes. Also had 100g coconut yoghurt. 1x600ml H2o.

A selfie. Because I'm feeling cute. My hair is growing so fast. Well i think so. Only 5 months ago it was pixie cut. Now its down to my shoulders. So great! :3

Coconut bread/cake. 1 cup flour 1 cup fine coconut 1/3 cup sugar 1tbs coconut oil 1 cup soy milk Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combine. Tip mixture into a tin. Smooth it out. You can add other things like nuts/seeds/dried fruits/chocolate. I added white chocolate buds on top after i poured the mixture into a tin. I baked this for 25mins on 160o. The bottom was beautiful brown and the top stayed pretty pale. I added a lemon glaze after it cooled all the way down. The middle is very fluffy! :3
