So I'm in this special program for high school students who are planning on entering the medical field, and we just started our unit on the reproductive system. And y'all, before we even start, my teacher stands up and says,

"Now what we're talking about today is just male and female anatomy. That's different from gender. And also, there can be variations in this anatomy, and that's called being intersex. That's different from being transgender. As healthcare providers, you have to respect all patients and understand that not everyone's the same."

The fact that future doctors, nurses, and PAs are being taught this gives me so much hope for the future. People so often try to claim that being trans "goes against science," but the truth is, science itself understands that lgbtq+ people exist, and have always existed.

It's not complicated. It's not radical. And if my 60-something year old teacher can get it, so can you.

Thank you for all the likes. I never got so much on art in my whole life so I was so happy!! TT-TT I wish I could reply everyone's lovelies hashtags ;-; but I just wanna say that I love you all!! These weeks had been really hard for me, with a bunch of sad things happening in my real life, but seeing these lil comments helped me to cheer myself up!! ;-;

If you guys have any art prompts you can always give me s2 I would love to do something for you guys!! Especially if its Wangxian (MDZS), Beefleaf (TGCF), Nier Automata/Replicant, Drakengard 3, Onmyoji related requests (my current fandoms). Or even my very older fandoms like Kyou kara Maoh/Maruma, Kuroshitsuji, Tales of Zestiria, Tales of Graces bc I am a very devoted person in fandoms, I just never get out lmao.
