I also think that the strength gap is at least partially manufactured women would in fact be stronger overall if little girls were encouraged to do physically taxing games and activities and eat their fill while they’re growing vs having to constantly diet and be sedentary indoors (or god forbid do intense cardio while under-eating). The amount of adult women honestly afraid to lift weights bc they think they’ll get bulky as though bulking isn’t a full time job that athletes have to spend all their time on and anyone on earth gets shredded from just using their adult muscles for their intended purpose, girl your bone density 🥀
if you say women are intentionally nerfed from birth in 2026 people look at you like you’re insane and start condescendingly telling you about how women are just better at different things (but not during their periods haha) but this was a completely basic feminist talking point I grew up with like “girls can do it too! [shot of little girls climbing and running with boys]” nickelodeon commercial tier base level I hate it how is everyone suddenly dumber than the average 7 year old

You don't have to laugh at "girl math" or "girl dinner" or "I'm just a girl" jokes. You don't have to laugh at misogynistic humor that demeans women. You don't have to go along with it. You don't even have to sit there awkwardly pretending you didn't hear anything. You are allowed to speak up and say something.
You don't have to be a jerk about it. The most effective yet civil way of dealing with harmful "humor" is just pretending you don't get the joke and asking them to explain. "I don't get it, what's girl math? What's a girl dinner? What do you mean by you're just a girl? Can you explain the joke to me?"
And if you're feeling bold, you can just say (or follow up with) "I think that's misogynistic". That's allowed. You don't have to quietly endure misogynistic "jokes", you can call a spade a spade.
Rest in piss, you fucking scumbag.
Here’s some of his writing:

Some of the top online TERFs are actually mourning him
This man who, in very plain and clear english, said he couldn't be a teacher because he "could not remotely conceive of not trying to shag the kids".
May these women never be allowed to call themselves feminists again.

I've seen some posts trying to make fun of former gifted kids by comparing them to former student athletes who insist that they could have gone pro if not for a specific injury, and those posts always backfire, because my reaction to them is "You're right, we should treat former student athletes with more compassion than we currently do"
I went from being very physically active to getting the "your body doesn't make energy properly anymore" disability so I can completely understand the grief that comes with circumstances outside your control destroying parts of you you were once proud of and locking you out of the life you could have had. It's not a good feeling.
Not to mention that "gifted" kids and athletes both tend to face very specific types of neglect/abuse/targeting by the institutions arounds them that other people might not be able to relate to their own experiences
Athletes are often coerced into disordered eating and into ignoring injuries until they become permanent
Gifted kids are often given less support because their letter grade stamps them as "independent" and are often made to be responsible for other students because they are considered "a good influence"
And they are both placed on a pedestal by those around them with the general consensus that it is socially acceptable to shame, degrade, or discuss every aspect of their lives because of what others stand to gain from their success
idc how #feminist you think you’re being but saying shit like “why would you ever want to be a man???” to trans men is just straight up transphobia. yes, even if it’s another trans person saying it. trying to make trans men feel guilty for being men is transphobia. trying to convince us that we’re better off detransitioned is transphobia. i don’t fucking care if it’s “just a joke,” your joke is transphobic.
consider the first fictional old man you aren't attracted to that comes to mind. that man is now your father. how are things?

Trans Mer Man - Personal Work Had the word today that I didn't make it to the finals of the dream foundry art contest, which reminded me that i hadn't posted the trans mer man, so here he is.
