Character Reimagining - Lily Lovesbraids

Same rules as Poppy and Player, just kinda reimagined but mostly in my style

Based primarily on Lalaloopsy (body, face, plastic hair) and Lol dolls (braided hair, outfit, articulation) also wanted to keep lily flower theme

I mentioned in the character designs for Poppy and the Player that I had rambles and I do, I'm just lazy

Anyways this is gonna be long and incoherent but like imagine:

Poppy Playtime as a sort of liminal space puzzle horror game?

Like this idea just kinda seized me and I might make something out of it but I don't like making promises especially for big stories. Anyways,

Main idea is just how jarring would it be if you're told over and over that this place is abandoned and hasn't been in use for years only to enter the place and it's like the cleanest thing you've seen

And it's clean and neat and immediately the vibe is off cause you (The Player) have been here before, there would have been videos and interviews and what have you just discussing the disappearance and closure but it's like that event, that day, never even happened

Again this was just something that came to mind and would need like fine-tuning and adjusting the story/timeline/characters (which I've already done)

But like just ... imagine

I've more story ideas for this thing cause it's a fascinating what-if but yea just rambling about an aesthetic shift for Poppy Playtime

Redesign - Dionysus (+ Persephone)

Taking Celtic Myth and there was a passing mention of characters symbolizing rebirth and these to got brought up, so I had to draw them

Also updated Dionysus (the god) design, jaguar centaur with kintsukuroi (repair w/gold) cause it works

Honestly he didn’t change much just got things added on but I love him

Something took hold and I had to draw them, anyways if I remember there might be a post of me rambling about the game tomorrow

This is less of a redesign and more “these characters in my style/how I’d draw them” so yea

Under the clothes

I don’t mind drawing of the player naked or clothed but I do have reasons for my own design, namely legs and arm

Model reminds me of a mannequin, artist mannequin specifically, so torse is based off it. Wanted ragdoll somewhere to legs, didn’t feel like drawing the grab pack on its own so now it’s the arms

Is the design canon complainant? Probably not

Do I really care? Hell no
