As someone who is constantly under the stress of his work, to Stefan you'd be a breath of fresh air!
He is a very Intimidating Person, but once he sees a glimpse of your more energetic self he finds himself thoroughly endeared!! Mr. Cluckles often reminds him to allow himself to soften his demeanor around you.
In supporting him, he will in turn support you!! He'll ask questions and try to learn more about your interests. You even catch him watching some anime if he is cooking anything that takes a little while (he'd never admit it-)
Going along with above, he will invite you to cook with him, or simply taste-test anything he makes! Making sure you're fed and happy is a huge priority for him, so being able to share in the joy of making the food is also very important to him. He loves when you ask questions because he loves talking about things- especially cooking.
When he isn't cooking, I also see him as someone who likes being close. Sitting together, holding hands- He is def the person to absent-mindedly stroke your hand or shoulder because it calms him down.
Going on the note of being calmed down, your voice singing does wonders for his nerves. He'll go from fiery rage to a begrudging warmth when he hears your voice drifting on the air. If you sing at the Breaker Box or Bev's bar, he is there bragging about how you're his beloved- He's endlessly proud.
If you get along with Mr. Cluckles he would be over the moon! While silly looking, Mr. Cluckles is so very important to him. Plus he is Stefan's red flag detector. The closest thing that I can compare it to is the chicken from Despicable Me 2- Just less likely to attack you XD
In summary, you would be Stefan's calm after the storm, his number one supporter and fan- and he'd strive to be the same for you.

Alastor!
When you first meet, he would probably want to observe your actions before trying to know you personally. He watches you interact with the other members of the hotel, caring for people, always being prepared. He notes how much attention you can handle before you run out of social battery and need space and getting to know a little more about your humor. Once he’s gathered enough information about you, he’ll start interacting with you more and try to get closer to you.
He loves how straightforward you are. He doesn’t like it when people try to “spare his feelings” or whatnot so hearing your truthful opinion directly is very nice. He also loves to gossip and will make sure to tell you all about the drama he’s heard of from around hell. Sometimes he’ll even invite you to visit Rosie so the three of you can gossip together.
If you want to talk, Al will listen. He might throw in a snide remark now and again but nothing bad enough to hurt your feelings. He also likes to listen to you talk to other people. If you end up being crude to someone you bet you’ll be able to hear him snicker a little. If you run out of social battery, he’ll be able to tell and will take over the conversation and end it. He’s also willing to comfort you afterwards or give you space if you need it. Also he would LOVE it if you listened to his radio show.
Alastor finds it hilarious whenever you say chaotic things. Although be careful if you joke about eating skin cause he might take it literally and think you’re a cannibal….
When Al heard about you wanting to be a fashion designer he thought you meant tailor. He often comes to you if he needs his coat fixed. It might not be exactly what you had in mind but he’s trying to support you and it’s the thought that counts right? He will also let you dress him in clothes that you design (although he probably won’t like any modern clothes. He’ll still wear them for you though).
Alastor mostly likes physical touch if he initiates it. You’re one of the only people he feels comfortable with initiating touch though. Not too much though. But whatever he lacks in physical touch, he makes up for with quality time. He’ll follow you around and spend all the time in the world with you. He could never get sick of your company <3
When you told him you liked games he thought you meant card games. He was a bit displeased to find out you meant video games (mostly because of his beef with the tv demon and his little understanding of modern technology) but it’s not like he can stop you. He’ll let you play your video games and even watch, he especially likes the horror ones. But he’ll also be very happy if you play a game of go fish with him every now and again too.
Oh Alastor can dance alright. Sometimes he’ll turn on a radio or a record player and you two will dance the night away. It’s a blast and a half, and it can even turn into a competition of who can keep dancing the longest.
Overall Alastor would make a pretty good partner. Sure there are some things he might not understand, but he’s willing to learn them to make you happy. Together you two make an unstoppable pair! 📻❤️🦌
