Concerning the babyblue!au

I might delete this later but im gonna be straight with yall, tsams is NOT inspiring me like it used to. Dont get me wrong, i still love Lunar, Moon, and the world i created. Its just that it doesn't spark as much creativity as it did before. I haven't watched a tsams vid all the way through in months, and ive been wanting to write for it less and less.

And yeah, dandys world has absolutely taken over my brain and i find that im enjoying making stuff for that more then tsams right now. Not sure if its that, or that tsams just kinda fell off (cough cough), or maybe even both. This au is my baby, and the first time ive ever posted my stuff online, so im probably way to sentimental about it lol. I do want to finish it, but not at the cost of burn out or having a forced result i dont like.

Im thinking about putting it on hiatus, if i do come back to finish it eventually, fantastic, if not then oh well. Im pretty sure at this point in the story you know the ending is "yippie everyone is a big happy family with no trauma!1!" anyway lmao.

Sorry if you followed me only for tsams, im not making a full fandom transition just yet, i still wanna see how i feel. But yeah i just wanted to put this out there, so nothing is set in stone yet.

Something I very rarely talk about here is that i love learning languages! (at least when I'm in the mood for it lol)

I taught myself modern Greek when I was 12 - which helped me when I started learning ancient Greek as well - which is something I find really cool :)

As of now I'm fluent in Italian (native language so obv) and English (C2 level), I can read/understand most French and Spanish, some Greek and Portuguese, plus some general knowledge of German and Swedish

I've also tried getting into slavic languages bc I LOVE the culture but for some reason I cannot learn a thing 😭

i tore my right hip abductor muscle doing track in 8th grade and then re-tore it during fall guard my sophomore year and it’s literally never been the same 😭 (it hurts when i drive for over 30 minutes at a time lmao) BUT on the fun side i can crack my hip really easily now and it makes horrible grating noises that can scare the shit outta people who don’t know the hip lore

all this in addition to my hyper flexibility and my back being legitimately Built Different (hahaha it’s an inward curve from scoliosis) makes me incredibly flexible in a deeply off-putting way and pretty freaking good at dance

Sometimes I think we all forget (<- Myself Included) that Lunar's kneejerk response to any kind of shame or embarrassment or anything is to make a joke at their expense first. Like, I've read fics where they'll do something nice for someone and fuck it bad and when the person sees, they just start crying. And like, I don't think the crying is the wrong response! But they won't Just Cry

They'll like, make eye contact, flounder, and then start laughing as they're like "Well!! Now you know I totally ate shit doing this! Ahaha, it's so bad, right? Oh my god, look at... at how I, haha, just completely botched THIS part? It's horrible! I mean, god, what was I thinking? What... what was I fucking thinking??" and THEN they start crying.

And THEN ☝️ they're humiliated about crying now and so they're gunna like desperately try to stop and hide their face and and slip into another room and have a big fat mental breakdown before putting on their game face and then walking back out to scene with absolutely no noticeable trace of upset and just be like "yeesh! sorry, yeah, I just needed a sec. We probably need to clean this up before anyone else sees, god knows Jack will probably try to eat some of the worst bits while we aren't looking." u know?
