Busy day
I let this piece sit there trough all the weekend, I put so much time and effort on it, at some point I wanted to give up but I liked the idea so much that I kept working hard and in the end I really like the result
I really wanted to finish this before any possible big revelation in the manga so I’m glad that in the last chapter that got delay xD

I was recently reading a book with an 'enemies to lovers' trope, and I think people really do not understand what 'enemies to lovers' really means. People think they can put two characters in an abusive relationship with some sexual tension and call it enemies to lovers. It honestly rubs me the wrong way, because real enemies to lovers is so much better. I have a few examples.
The two I can think of off the top of my head is Elizabeth and Darcy from Pride and Prejudice, and Belle and Beast from the Beauty and the Beast.
In the case of Elizabeth and Darcy (yes I know this isn't technically enemies to lovers, but bear with me), the first time they met, they hated each other. Darcy was an ass, and insulted Elizabeth pretty much to her face, and Elizabeth later gave him a verbal smackdown. Why is this an example? Because the most important parts of an enemies to lovers is the transition, where they decide to be better and change their ways. With Elizabeth and Darcy, this was when Darcy realised just how much Elizabeth hated him and actively tried to be a better person.
With Belle and Beast (I think his real name's Adam or smth) the turning point was when Belle chose to save Beast instead of leaving him to die. Because, the girl had every reason to hate the guy, he'd imprisoned her, yelled at her, basically treated her like dirt, and she still saved him. Granted, Beast had already regretted his actions and that's why he went after her. But I think Belle's selflessness was in fact the turning point for both of them.
But I honestly just hate how everyone's all like "oh, enemies to lovers, they argue and fight and hate each other." But then they're banging five seconds later. Like no. That's not healthy. Your characters are overdone and in a severely toxic relationship.
And I know the examples I used are not the greatest, but if I think of any more, I'll add them.

i was joking i’d make a fem!canon-character-turned-self-insert because i haven’t seen any of that in this fandom and this is what happened… this originally started as fanfiction then i got too invested…
it’s not really so much a self-insert since she’s still mineta, but creeps on guys instead. probably more annoying to everyone. i guess the self-insert part is the being more annoying part ha ha ha. ha
i have lots of parodies already planned… help

I need a reboot of the Kodocha anime similar to what they did with the Fruits Basket reboot. The anime fucked up so much of the story
The world needs stories like the manga version of Kodocha I need children's rights and mental health to be taken more seriously in stories like centuries ago idk the Kodocha manga is VERY special to me.

Or like how realistically the adults around Tsuyoshi responded to the signs of abuse in his home? Or how well they handled Akito's mental health issues and trauma, how they humanized kids from bad homelifes that "act out" instead of treating them as evil, how the story directly calls out that mentality in it's very first arc. UUUUGH KODOCHA MANGA YOU WILL ALWAYS BE THE FAMOUS TO ME.
This is precisely why I chose not to watch the anime.
