Little headcanon that erik and lorna sometimes cause auroras when using their powers heavily, erik's being more red-purple and lorna being basically entirely green

For me the big takeaway of episodes 8 and 9 is that all this time, Magneto has been being nice. He could have shut down all Sentinels at any time, but he didn't, because he was being nice. Even after snapping, even after all that trauma, he was STILL being nice in the fight with the X-Men - even after they'd asserted they weren't on his side yet again - Rogue even says Wolverine was the only one in that fight going for a kill. Even then, he could have pulled out Wolverine's bones any time he'd wanted, all these years or all this battle, and he didn't - he could have killed all the X-Men he was throwing around in Asteroid M, but he didn't, he just held them - because even after all that, he was still. Being. Nice.

All these years, Magneto has been playing nice.
