According to the wiki page for mag 33 (where the conversation op talked about is from) they are “inconsistentencies” pointed out by fans, who were given cameos as a result. This leads me to think that the errors were just that, with no further meaning. I searched the names on the discord and nothing showed up (though I’m not a patreon so there might be something in the patreons-only channels)

At the very least, I personally can think of no deeper meaning or connecting thread that I might have picked up during my numourus listens. There’s also the fact that these types of errors only show up early season 1, when plot and writing was still be finalized. If the errors kept happening in later seasons, I would suspect meaning but as it is, it seems to be either legitimate errors or possibly a dropped storyline
