I didn't get much sleep because I kept waking up for some reason. I have an appointment in an hour to get to. After that, I take care of the birds. I'm going to be exhausted tonight, which sucks because I wanted to start working on a comm I have to do but I cannot focus when overtired. So hopefully I get enough sleep tonight so that I can draw tomorrow.

Sorry that I have to make another one of these posts, but I had to pay car registration this month which has left me $200 short on being able to afford the feed for all of my birds. I have 45 chickens, 15 doves and nearly 300 pigeons that I care for at the moment and there's quite a few who are also special needs birds that are basically unable to be adopted. I usually try to sell some of the other birds to make sure I have feed money, but there hasn't been any interest lately so now I'm almost out of feed and can't afford to get enough to last the whole month. Their feed costs $30 USD a bag, and it takes 10 bags to get them through the month, so it's $300 total and all I have is $100.
Donations of any amount are very much appreciated if anyone wants to help, and can be sent to either my PP or CA

This is still probably one of my few favorite drawings of us. Yeah, it was an ArtFight attack, but it was one of my best because I wanted to make sure I actually captured the love between Ivan and I. This was our anniversary piece. And thankfully, I have the whole anniversary gush still.
It all started on the 12th of July last year, when I saw the initial stages of him being worked on, and I told @mrs-goemio that she didn't add too much purple. I had an intrigue. Yes, it started off shallow, but there was something there. Something that initially pulled me in.
Then, his reference was finished on the 17th, and posted, and it began. I decided that I liked him, even with just the little bit of information on his reference sheet. Originally, I drew the first even just flirty picture with Raelyn, but I felt kinda jealous drawing her with him. I love my OC, Raelyn, but… I really wish I first drew me with him. I feel kinda bad about the few months I didn't talk much about him because I didn't know much other than his sheet, until Fork made a mugshot picture and his story. Reading more about him drew me even closer to him. Then another story was posted, then his extra information. Soon, I got closer and closer to him.
I wanted our anniversary to specifically be the day he was first posted because this way that date is easy to see and easy to remember. It was the day I officially decided to ship with him. So, I wrote that date into the plot with him, too. I started drawing him more and more, and the longer it went on, the less it looked like hesitation and fear of messing up, to where now I always draw us extremely close together. Whenever I think about needing comfort, he's the first F/O I think of now. I love my other soulmates, and I did notice that they have a lot of similarities to him in bits and pieces of their personalities.
I recently got a plush of him, and now I've taken to carrying him everywhere. I actually feel scared when I leave the house without him. It kinda reflects my attachment to him in the universe, too.
I wrote quite a bit of small things between me and him, and I often go back and edit the stories to make them make even more sense. They are still special to me, but unlike a lot of my other ships, the way I wrote my ship with him never changed in this year. I really love him that much to where no matter what interactions with him, they are perfect.
There's also so much to talk about when it comes to what I think of him. He's very pretty, beautiful, ugh… words, I swear. He's captivating. From his eyes, to his hair, to everything. I can't even begin to describe how much he takes my breath away.
Happy anniversary, Ivan. I love you so much.

I've finished my first fully minky 20cm doll!!!! Of course, I had to do Clayman, since he was also my first 20cm doll ever 🥹 the comparison of the two makes me happy. I've improved. I'm so indescribably happy he's done.
