Tips that made me go from 160 to 125 pounds!
•go vegetarian! It’s the main reason I lost weight
•if you know you have a big party or event, save your calories and try not to eat through the day
•smoothies are really simple and it’s something your stomach can digest easily
• one plate rule. When going out, promise yourself one plate of food. No seconds or appetizers. Remember, you have a goal and you’ll see all of that food again
• don’t eat lots of processed foods. There greasy and add unnecessary calories. Instead eat some berries as a snack or make your own
•Water!!!
•don’t starve yourself if you feel like your going to faint, it’s super embarrassing when you actually do.
•going to Starbucks? Or chick fa la? Look up something on tik tok that’s low cal. My go to drink at Starbucks only has 70 calories in it.
•don’t make people feel sorry for you because YOU decided not to eat. This is your diet, not a way to get people to feel bad
• sugar and carbs make people fat, try to cut down on it
• cardio
• small portions are key

- cheerios (plain)
- egg whites (in omelettes, hard boiled, or on toast)
- extra sharp cheddar cheese
- oikos triple zero greek yogurt
- cucumbers
- spinach
- dave’s bread 21 whole grain, thinly sliced
- low-fat cottage cheese
- caulipower chicken
- canned chicken breast
- tzatziki
- low cal tortilla wraps
-lily’s sugar free chocolate
-lindt 70%, 78%, 90% chocolate
-lindt 70% truffles
-caesar salad lite kits (250 cals per bag just make a whole one whenever feel like binging)
-starbucks protein boxes (for on the go just don’t eat the high calorie or sugary stuff in them. the grilled chicken & hummus is so good and like 230 cals i think but so much protein)

shrimp pho (half a serving) -> 262 cals
snack:
kimchi fried rice (one cup) -> 229 cals
i ate a bit more than normal today because i fainted at work 🥲 i also had a regular bubble tea but i refuse to take those calories down.

rice and egg -> 121 cals

How i reduce the harm on my body with my ed
I’ve studied biology and psychology and i know a lot of the things that the body and brain needs, and what keeps your organs healthy while you fast.
I know i can’t stop you from fasting, and i won’t try to because I know its difficult as hell, but you need to make sure your body is gonna be able to survive.
