People who don’t have BPD will never understand what it’s like to physically feel your emotions. The way I can feel my heart hurt with every negative thought and emotion that runs me over like a truck every few minutes. Or the way I can feel how tight my skin feels, and how I just want to claw it all off. Or the way that no matter how positive or negative an emotion may be - I feel it too much and it never feels good in the slightest. It is painful. It’s tearing me apart, and other people will never know just how awful this fucking disorder is.
