Colorín, our 39‑year‑old blue‑and‑yellow macaw, has escaped so many times that we’ve already gone through more than ten cages… and Houdini still knows how to break iron bars and open locks. 😂🦜🔥 The funniest part is that he’s afraid of heights and doesn’t know he can fly. lol Every day we take him outside and he sits on his special hardwood perch… and Gabriel takes care of him as if he were his own child. 🦜🐕✨ He doesn’t break things as much anymore… but he still keeps up with his little mischief. 😂🦜💛

Once upon a time, in the heart of the Ambrosiano desert, where baby bananas ran like tropical prophecies, Colorín, the Ambrosiano bird, ate a tiny dwarf passion fruit, and that made him lay five little eggs — Ambrosiano Colorinense eggs — which he then ate as if they were tropical blessings.

Then the sun tried to fry me, not to destroy me, but to ascend me.

The Ambrosiano Palmichito Pygmeítos are not humans: they are magical desert creatures that chase me because I ate one, and now they want to crown me as the tropical queen among the royal palms.

El golpe de calor NO es solo calor.

Es un fallo orgánico total que puede comenzar en 15–30 minutos y terminar en coma, sepsis y muerte.

Como médica, tengo la responsabilidad de explicarlo con claridad para que nadie pierda la vida por desconocimiento.

Cuando la temperatura interna supera 40 °C / 104 °F, el cuerpo literalmente se cocina desde adentro:

• Hidratación constante

• Comer antes de exponerse

• Ropa de algodón blanco o crema

• Agua y hielo

• Sombra, sombrilla, protección

• Reconocer confusión o desorientación antes del colapso

Avant la Tempête

Cette vidéo est un petit essai avant la tempête. Je l’ai enregistrée sous la chaleur, fatiguée, sans téléprompteur, avec des cils rebelles et mon cerveau épuisé d’avoir mémorisé tant de scripts.

Ce n’est pas parfait. Ce n’est pas un épisode. Ce n’est pas une production. C’est simplement moi — respirant, essayant, créant au milieu du chaos.

Parfois le corps se fatigue. Parfois l’esprit s’épuise. Parfois la créativité sort de travers. Mais on continue.

Cette vidéo rappelle que tout n’a pas besoin d’être grand. Parfois un essai fait aussi partie du chemin.

Before the Storm

This video is a small rehearsal before the storm. I recorded it in the heat, tired, without a teleprompter, with rebellious eyelashes and with my brain fatigued from memorizing so many scripts.

It’s not perfect. It’s not an episode. It’s not a production. It’s just me — breathing, trying, creating in the middle of chaos.

Sometimes the body gets tired. Sometimes the mind gets fatigued. Sometimes creativity comes out crooked. But we continue.

This video is a reminder that not everything has to be big. Sometimes a rehearsal is also part of the journey.

Este video es un pequeño ensayo antes de la tormenta. Lo grabé con calor, con cansancio, sin teleprompter, con pestañas rebeldes y con mi cerebro fatigado de memorizar tantos guiones.

No es perfecto. No es episodio. No es producción. Es solo yo, respirando, probando, creando en medio del caos.

A veces el cuerpo se cansa. A veces la mente se fatiga. A veces la creatividad sale torcida. Pero seguimos.
