i work for a local nonprofit. the person who runs it is well-known in the community and in the industry. no one else is willing to talk about what’s going on. aaand there are animals involved so like. i have some responsibilities here before i can leave. but i’m trying.

so the OSHA thing more or less has resolved, except my cult lied on the resolution paperwork. the guy i’ve been working with at OSHA is….not friendly? or personable? seems annoyed? so idk what i’m going to do about the lying, plus the zillion other concerns i have

also, i found out that the leader has been straight up stealing wages from some of my coworkers - easily thousands of dollars between them - and idk what to do about it bc i’m not directly involved & the person who told me would NEVER report
