Pick a pile: What has the eclipse taken from you that you no longer needed?
Pile 1: The emperor, 7 of wands, the templance and 10 of pentacles.
The eclipse has taken away your need to rigidly control everything, your obsession with always being on the defensive, fighting other people's battles, and your chronic fear of losing stability.
For some reason, surely a significant one, you had imposed upon yourself the obligation to control everything, to manage crises in your environment, and to be constantly in the trenches defending your place and your decisions to others. You lived defensively, hypervigilant, and carrying a burden of stress that wasn't yours. The eclipse has come to burn away that need to be everyone's shield.
What the eclipse has freed within you is a channel of healing, peace, and absolute flow. It has taken away the rigidity to return your calm. You have stepped down from the trenches, and in doing so, you will realize that your stability, your abundance, and your true family and material legacy are not in danger. You don't have to sweat blood to protect your kingdom. The eclipse has taken away the war to remind you that you now have the right to sit on your throne and enjoy the peace and fulfillment you have earned.
Pile 2: The death. queen of cups, Knigth of cups and 5 of pentacles.
The eclipse has stripped away your tendency to beg for love, to idealize toxic relationships, and to remain in the cold of emotional deprivation, waiting for someone to change.
You were that person who gave everything, who showered others with tenderness, and who patiently waited for the other person to mature or change. The problem is that you were offering your sacred cup in a place of lack, coldness, and abandonment. You were accepting crumbs of affection and justifying dynamics that made you feel miserable and alone for fear of exclusion.
The eclipse has ripped off the blindfold of idealization and self-sacrifice. The cosmos has destroyed that cycle to force you to understand that your sensitivity is a superpower, not a bargaining chip to be loved. No more enduring the cold to cling to relationships that were already dead. What the eclipse has taken away is your role as a victim in love, returning you to your true place of deserving.
Pile 3: Page of cups, the fool, ace of wands and the devil.
The eclipse has taken away your addiction to chaos, your tendency to confuse passion with obsession, and that self-destructive impulse to drag yourself into other people's hells just for the thrill of feeling alive.
You possess an overwhelming vitality, creativity, and passion. You are a magnet for intensity. You had become accustomed to acting on blind impulses, leaping headlong into toxic situations, obsessive relationships, or other people's messes just for the adrenaline rush. You confused love with infatuation and intensity with drama, getting yourself into hells that weren't yours to bear, believing that with your tenderness and naiveté you could change things.
The eclipse has come to sever those chains at the root. It has swept away your need for self-sabotage and that destructive pattern of seeking validation in dark places. The cosmos has extinguished the deceptive fireworks so that you stop wasting your energy on people who dim your light. What the eclipse has taken away is your right to self-destruction, forcing you to disengage from conflict so you can use your ace of clubs to build a free, sovereign, and truly your own life. The playing with fire is over.

In trying times we are often torn between external validation and internal knowing. We seek signs and synchronicities from the universe, to know we are on the right path; yet we forget the path is forged when we walk, not when we envision what we want it to be.
We then start to unconsciously use our intuition as a tool to confirm our bias, often due to our emotional attachment to a desired outcome. This is not only with what we want, but with what we don't want - think of it like confirmation bias on steroids.

Pile 1 -Selfish

At this moment you might be feeling drawn into the occult, pile 1.
Through your energy check I'm getting the strong feeling of Halloween, not the commercial version, but the actual thinning of the veil and the "awakening" of ancient forces that were dormant.
I believe there is an expansion of your awareness regarding these darker forces, and I must remind that dark does not mean evil.
This is not a matter of whether you are mistaking hope for intuition, but that your intuition is asking you to lean into that hope; then ask yourself why are you hoping for that specific thing/person/outcome.
Sometimes what we crave is not good for us. Sometimes we want what is going to destroy us... and yes, sometimes we need to be destroyed to be born again. Yet, sometimes, that is unnecessary.
This is a call to inner alchemy - which is, in fact, the only real alchemy. In the crucible of your being, my dear, is the answer you seek.
You'll find that there is no answer, or rather, the answer is what you choose it to be.
Turn hope into faith.
Hope wavers in the storm, faith knows it is necessary.
Pile 2 - Embarrassed

There is a "spacey" energy here, pile 2, something ancient or primordial. I've been watching a lot of sci-fi lately, mostly stories that take place in deep space, and I'm getting the same feeling from your energy. I'm being guided to say I finished watching Lost in Space, the 2018 tv series - maybe you're a fan, or maybe it's a confirmation for you about something. Only you will know, follow your intuition "and it'll lead you where the wound is." I heard, and we do have chiron, and pisces, here.
I noticed that your keyword is Embarrassed, and this is a symptom of a wound. It might be a primordial wound, from a past live, or simply a wound from a very young age in your current life. Light is being shone on this wound today, pile 2. It is time to heal it, you can no longer hide or run away from it - unless you want to keep the same cycle going.
Your hope here must be hoping for healing, if so, your hope is in alignment with your intuition. In fact, I'm getting that your hope is a signal from your intuition.
Healing is not a straightforward path, nor a ladder, my dear. It often feels like we're walking in circles, in yet another vicious cycle, but in reality, we are ascending in a spiral, just like the one in the image you chose.
We like to use fancy words, because as complex human beings we can't help but see the world through complex lenses, but reality is far more simple.
Healing is simply returning to the wholeness of the self, ascending is simply returning to the wholeness of being one with all.
Say no without guilt.
"No" is also a form of self love.
Pile 3 - Jealous
energy check: sagittarius, taurus, lilith; 5 of diamonds (pentacles)
I think most of you who chose this pile are predominantly in a wounded feminine energy - we all have the two polarities within us, therefore your biological sex does not matter here. How this wounded feminine manifests is different for each and everyone of you, but there are tell tale signs that have become the stereotype, such as jealousy.
The need to be better than everyone, the need to shine brighter, especially when coming into contact with other feminine energies, is coming from a wound of not feeling enough because at some point someone dear to you chose someone else instead. A rejection wound, probably.
Yes, you are mistaking hope with intuition.
You hope to be chosen over anyone and anything, and you believe you are doing your part by sacrificing something within yourself to fit into the gift box you hope the person you set your eyes on will accept.
That is the problem, pile 3. You are wrapping yourself as a sacrificial lamb and throwing yourself to the wolves and the lions and the snakes, and you are hoping to be chosen by at least one of them, even if it means your demise.
My dear, you will only ever be chosen, when you choose yourself.
Choose yourself.
Loving yourself first is respecting the natural cycle of life.

Fear is a natural response when our sense of security feels threatened. Don’t beat yourself up for wanting to run away and hide, or for actually doing so. Everyone has one thing or another that makes them go into survival mode, they might not know what it is, but they do. And it’s okay, we are humans, this is life; we’re supposed to cope with it, not win at it and make to the top of the food-chain.
I’m not telling you to give up on your wildest dreams, or to try harder when looking for one. I’m saying that everything will be okay, regardless, and you can do this. Taking a break to catch your breath won’t hinder your progress, in fact, a break might just help you do the opposite.
Remember, it’s okay to feel lost, it’s okay to feel overwhelmed, it’s okay to move slow, and it’s okay to want to give up. You are not a failure and you are not responsible for solving all the world’s problems. Don’t compare yourself to anyone in any way, because you are an unique manifestation of life and you do make a difference, even if you do not see how.
As long as you keep persisting in yourself you already won in life. Believe you can, trust yourself. You got this. I’m cheering for you.

Sometimes we beat ourselves up because we think we're stuck and need to do something to keep moving, but sometimes we need to be "stuck", and other times we're not stuck at all, we're just growing in ways that we cannot see yet.
My guides gave me a card spread a while ago to explore where I currently am in my tarot/spiritual journey, this really helped me understand the energy I am currently navigating. With that being said, this is a general reading with 4 piles, so we won't go as in depth as the card spread can take us. Only take what resonates.

Pile 1 - Serenity
energy check: taurus, libra, gemini
You are on the verge of a new beginning, dear pile 1. A cycle has been closed and another path has opened to you.
As the keyword suggests, this will be a time of peace for you - I've heard "a reprieve" as in relief. Maybe you have been feeling this relief coming for a while now, but it has been delayed for some reason or another, it'll be different for each of you, however this time it's for real - I've heard "it's coming".
With the energy of The World card we also have that many cycles are closing; you're sitting in between chapters, dear, so you may be feeling exhausted and like needing to rest a lot, but that resting your physical body doesn't help much. Partaking in self care "rituals" that can bring you emotional, mental, and spiritual refreshment is advised.
Next steps in your journey: The Magician, The High Priestess, The Empress.
The three cards following your current position can guide you and give you some insight on what to expect in the near future. When you enter The Magician energy, you'll feel like you have all the tools you need to manifest your goals.
After that, The High Priestess is there to guide you in getting to know yourself inside and out, or to illuminate some aspect of your life that will be your focus in this new beginning. Pile 2 - Adventure

A time of abundance, a new adventure, it's what is coming up in your timeline, pile 2.
For some, this pile might be the continuity of pile 1, however this is a reading for it's own collective.
You are sitting in your Divine Feminine energy, dear pile 2. And this energy is manifesting into your life as a creative urge, or an inkling to nurture parts of you that were shadowed or neglected for too long.
There's also a need to embrace, embody, and balance the Divine Masculine energy in yourself and in your life. Are you getting stuck in your head too much? Do you live in a world of ideas and never put anything into practice? The Fool is here to ask you to take action in regards to your dreams.
It's a funny "coincidence", I just paused a movie to tackle this pile and the main character had just said: "life is movement". And that is true, pile 2, life is always moving. It's a never ending cycle of cycles within cycles. But we're not chasing our own tails, we're ascending in a spiral.

There's not much to say in regards to the next steps of your journey... You already know what you have to do, dear, you already have what you need to start - you only need to start.

Pile 3 - Idea
energy check: pisces, scorpio, cancer
funny thing that happened while I was drawing your runes: I tapped into the collective energy of this pile with my eyes closed, and was like "oh, this is my water pile" then I picked three runes from my astrology stash, which I had only the signs in, and voila, the three runes were the three water signs, lmao.
Justice has been served in your life recently, my dear pile 3.
For this collective we have something a bit different. The deck I was guided to use has the Justice card (traditionally card 11 of the tarot) and the card Strength (traditionally card 7 of the tarot) switched positions. I don't believe it was a mistake, to be honest, the energy around it feel very deliberate. I did confirm, twice, if I should use the original order of the cards for your reading and I got a positive answer.
Therefore, Justice has been delivered swiftly, pile 3. Especially with The Chariot for how the energy is manifesting in your life. I've heard "the scales have been/are being balanced."
You may have chosen to close a cycle, dear, or you may have been forced to close one. Whatever it was, know you made the right choice, and that this happened for your highest good. I've heard "you will be delivered." - Whatever that means to you, take it as it resonates.
Oh, some of you may have asked for divine justice. If I recall correctly I did a post talking about this; not sure if it was a PAC or in a Q&A post. So, this is your confirmation that your request has been heard and granted.
Next steps in your journey: The Hermit, The Wheel of Fortune, Strength.
To be honest this doesn't feel like next steps, pile 3. It feels more like simultaneous steps, or continuous steps that you are being asked to take - I'm also getting that for some of you it might feel like you're being forced, and others that you are forcing yourself. Like when life gets rough, but you just need to keep going because the alternative is not good for you.
It's different for each of you, but your guides are supporting you every step of the way, and they want you to know that you are doing amazing and they're very proud of you. I keep hearing someone referring to you as "sweetie", it feels like an older feminine energy, maybe a guide or a relative that has passed away and is watching over you.
"You're not alone dear. It's hard, right now, and we see your suffering, but it'll be over soon, rest assured... and take it easy. You've done an amazing job, and we're all very proud of you." - your guides (and grandma)

Pile 4 - Athena

You are the star, pile 4, literally. Athena's energy came through strongly for this collective, when I saw the owl picture while searching for the pile images, I immediately knew it was a sign.
I only have three tarot decks, so I had to be creative and mix the three to get your cards, pile 4. This might be a sign for some of you. Maybe you always felt like you had to make do with what you were given in life.
This was a great lesson, dear, a hard one, but one that is invaluable. You have become the wheel, pile 4. That's why your life doesn't look like the life of your peers. You're on a different timeline than the people around you, and yes that is very difficult to live with.
You may feel you have no friends, or that you never truly connect with the friends you make. And that's because you and them are on different vibrations, your consciousness literally inhabit different realities. There's nothing wrong with you, my dear. You're only walking a different path.

I can't say much about your next steps, pile 4. Not only because it's different to each one of you, but because The Moon is the veiled card. It's the card of illusion and disillusionment. The unknown awaits you, pile 4... well, in truth, it awaits all of us.
Whatever lies ahead, know it's going to take you to extremes - the moon and the sun. But, it'll be fair, or fairness will prevail in the end. I'm being guided to say: "we reap what we sow."

I must admit I had to sit with your questions for a while, despite already knowing the answer, they did made me dig a bit deeper on these topics.
So, let's bring clarity to them, since they are indeed good questions.
Q&A #2: "Can spirit guides control our life?"
And other related questions.
1. Is it possible that our spirit guides can hate us because of something from a past life, or grow to hate us and abandon us?
This is an interesting concept, that to be honest had never crossed my mind, lol. The short answer is no, that is not possible.
The long answer is: there are a few prerequisites to become a spirit guide, being an evolved soul is one of them. By evolved soul I mean having the understanding that transcends the "pettiness" of past life "grudges", the compassion that comes with that understanding and the knowledge of already having worked through them.
When we pass from this life to the other - aka when we die - the knowledge past lives or all the other memories of our soul does not automatically return to us. The same way there is a preparation process for the soul to incarnate in a physical body here on Earth, there is a preparation process to become disembodied - aka die - and this can start many years before the actual death of the body, this is not true for accidental deaths though, and these are also very traumatic for the soul, usually resulting in soul fragmentation. But that is another topic, for another time.
My guides are bringing back that analogy I made of us here on Earth being on preschool and them being college students. If you think of our experience here on Earth, a toddler does not have the necessary awareness to deal with the "real world", hence why adults need to treat them differently than they would treat a fellow adult. Yes, here on Earth, unfortunately, that is not always truth. However, when it comes to a spirit guide's relationship with us, it is true. "It is a requirement" they said, and there are also laws in place about this.
2. Can we get different spirit guides if we don't like the ones we have right now?
This is a bit funny for them, it apparently "happens" a lot, like this complaint is common. The answer is yes, but it depends. Again, they know things we do not have awareness of, hence our "demand" for new guides can be an ego thing. So, it is possible, but only if some law has been violated, or if they themselves choose to part ways. Now, that is not common at all, and it's not "abandonment" but protection for them.
What do you mean by 'protection', Liliana? I mean that this only happens in extreme cases, like someone going down a very very dark path, and the spirit guides - as evolved souls - can and most likely will choose to walk away as this is their way of respecting your free will. They do want me to clarify that even in those instances, they are still your guides, but they most likely won't be near you "at all times" since being near you would also mean having to be in that lower vibrational energy that inadvertently attracts lower vibrational souls and entities, which can be dangerous to them. They will do their job and try to "take you out of there", but you are a sovereign being, you have free will, and if you choose to be in a lower vibration, or be around lower vibrational people, or in lower vibrational places, there's not much they can do for you "but pray for your soul and wait".
3. Can spirit guides become too controlling if you give too much power away?
This is also an interesting question, and a bit complex. The answer is no, our spirit guides assigned to us before birth cannot become too controlling, they in fact do not have control over us or our lives.
Our higher-self has the control over our lives, and in certain circumstances the spiritual hierarchy also has control over our lives, however this only happens if/when a spiritual law has been broken - yes, we can break spiritual law even if we are still incarnated. You probably know this by the name karma. Karma is spiritual law taking place, we usually think of karma as only the consequence to bad actions, but Karma is the law of cause and effect that governs actions, both here on Earth and in the spiritual planes.
While your spirit guides are "bounded by oath" and cannot control your life, they in fact can only act on your behalf with your permission, or with your higher-self permission; other beings in the astral can in fact become too controlling if you give your power away. These are in their vast majority self serving entities, that may manipulate/deceive you to sign a contract with them. These contracts are void in most cases, due to the manipulation/deceiving part, and can be effectively broken if you invoke divine justice. That's why it's important to always stand in your power and do not idolize things/people/places/etc. When you put things on a pedestal you are effectively giving your power away.
4. Can spirit guides ruin our lives on purpose/punish us if we do not do what they tell us to?
"No."
They were very adamant in having that answer first and as directly and blunt as possible. We already established the nature of spirit guides, and what they can and cannot do, what they effectively have power over. So, I find that that simple no is enough, however I shall also add that this question ties to a behavioral pattern that is very very common in self-serving entities - especially those who are considered "demonic" in nature.
This is also a tactic used to manipulate us into signing contracts with them. There is a piece of advice that can help tremendously, and that is in your dreams, do not sign anything. And if you have signed something inside a dream, you can ask your higher-self and your guides help to invoke divine justice. You do not need to know what it was, who did it to you - because yes, it can also be someone incarnated that is manipulating you through the astral.
If you suspect your free will has been violated, you can invoke divine justice and the case will be looked into by the spiritual hierarchy. Also, I know this sounds a bit scary, but know there are no consequences for doing so. This is a right you have as a sovereign soul, and this is you reclaiming your power. To make sure, I'll give you the affirmation you use, either out loud or in you mind:
"I invoke divine justice, for my highest good, in divine harmony, with the most benevolent outcome. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And so it is."
Again, you do not need to know the details, if you suspect your free will has been infringed in any way, feel free to invoke divine justice - I, in fact, advise you to do so. Now, more than ever, is an auspicious time for doing do, as Earth is shifting into the 5D and we in the astral need all the help we can get to balance the scales.

I'm getting the aesthetic that blends modern elegance with what I can only describe as empowerment. But what I'm getting here is that, despite whatever issues and difficulties this person might have had with their parents, they are still very very important to them.
