Happy holidays, seasons greetings and all that jazz. I can't think of a better way to close out Christmas day than an impromptu wine and cheese platter. Cheese by Aldi's and wine by total wine. It is a solid Riesling, a bit sweet. Gouda, white cheddar, and brie are our cheeses. 2018 Crystal Creek Cellars riesling is a Columbia county, Washington state wine.
