Tolerance Break

So I'm on day two of I don't know how many. I'm kinda doing this for a tolerance break and kinda as a support system for another friend who can't smoke at the moment. Yesterday evening I had a pretty bad mindset, so bad that I wanted to hurt myself and I wanted to die. I drew on myself instead and I hope I can keep this up instead. Actually, I hope I can keep my mood up.

I was diagnosed with severe depression and I think I've had it all my life, but I didn't start taking meds till like, last year or the year before. They weren't working right and I was paying like $200 just for meds. So I went off them. I was balancing myself with weed, but now that I'm off, I have to relearn how I dealt with it before.
