Is it normal to not lose anything the first week of eating healthy and working out? Iâve been tracking my calories everyday and I hit my goal, but I havenât seen the scale move at all. Makes me sad because it seems everyoneâs dropping pounds and Iâm stuck. Does being 15lbs from my goal weight make it more difficult to lose?
Generally the closer you are to your healthy/goal weight the slower your progress will be. Your body has fewer pounds to lose and it just takes longer! You just have to be patient. Please make sure that youâre eating enoughâŚundereating can stall progress just like overeating.

Deadlifts are my jam!! They always get me pumped up and so excited for working out that day. Today I did a set of 10 at 185LBS. I was 2nd out of 30 women at the gym today in terms of weight lifted!

Yesterdayâs back squats! I ended up 3rd place in the gym yesterday and it felt so good! CrossFit is my jam and it makes me feel strong. Workout #2 for 2018!
