Finished my 30 day bikram yoga challenge today. Feels good to finish at 34 weeks pregnant. This bikram yoga series is truly a medicine and a tonic and has kept the normal aches, pains at bay for me, keeping me positive n focused. My midwife today told me it was quite spectacular how my blood pressure has remained exactly the same, perfect rate and babies heart beat exactly the same, mid range, an ideal level.. Not too fast or slow consistently throughout my pregnancy. Thank you bikram yoga, @bikraminthelanes & @hotyogasouth xox
