      Archie was crying all over Evander. He couldn't get himself to stop. He felt Evander pull him against his chest, but he didn't attempt to pull away. This actually felt... nice. It took a while for him to calm down enough to be understandable when he spoke. He was still wracked with sobs, and he had his face pressed into Evander.

👁 Wake my muse up during a nightmare

      Archie thought he was awake. He was certain he was awake. He was sitting in the exact place he fell asleep in, trying to doze back off. It wasn’t working. Suddenly he felt a hand grab onto his shoulder and he flew into a panic. Kicking, screaming, crying. Something in his head had convinced him that Michael had found him again.

      Archie was vaguely aware that he had fallen over, but had continued to cry and kick out. Then he actually snapped awake, feeling his body being shaken by Evander. When had he gotten here? He stared up like a startled Radstag, his breathing ragged and his throat raw. He had done all that screaming and flailing in his sleep. Archie felt cold tears on his lashes and cheeks.

      He couldn’t even say anything or be surprised by Evander’s appearance, he just learned over and grabbed Evander’s arm, hugging it tight. There was a brief moment of silence from him, save for his uneven breath, but within a matter of seconds he was crying again.
