i'm having a mental health crisis.

i'm going to be inevitably remaking my tumblr in the following days for a mental reset. the selfship community hasn't been feeling as welcoming and safe to me as it used to be and i keep seeing severe triggers that i can't escape no matter how hard i try or block. it's nothing anyone has done. i'm just struggling. i am concerned for my own safety. i don't want to relapse and hospitalise myself like i did a few years ago after all the progress i've made. it will be easier for me to start from scratch to set up boundaries at the beginning to hopefully ward off anything that can send me spiralling, because this place is supposed to be fun and happy for me. i will most likely leave my art main up as an archive.
