Tags can be sorted by the media name if non-comic related, and by a character's civilian alias/real name if comic related. Assume all spider-man character tags generally refer to the 616 depiction of characters unless stated otherwise.

Also, in many ways, it's the commonly seen species that are most vulnerable to shifting baseline syndrome. People think, "well, I see X all the time, so surely they're fine!" But aren't noticing that even though they're seeing it all the time, that population has decreased by half in their lifetime
