I'm going to take a break from my SCP Goi Humans / personifs; just for a little bit work and talk about Dnd Planes human / personifs.
I know that most of my active blog watcher are here for SCP. While I do think there is some overlap of SCP and Dnd, I'll explain what a Dnd planes is.
To quote 5th Edition Dungeon Master's Guide:
"The various planes of existence are realms of myth and mystery. They're not simply other worlds, but dimensions formed and governed by spiritual and elemental principles."
For my context:
They are rules and principle of thoughts and concepts personified given humanoid form for the purpose of representing and enacting their core tenants on the rest of the "Sphere," think universe kinda more franchise as a whole.
I just want to give out a brief sentence or a few to describe the personif as I see and understand them currently. At least the main ones that is. Coming in after I wrote the whole thing; I have in fact not done this, I have written all the Para and Quasi elemental planes which was holy unnecessary.

Outer Planes:
Mount Celestia-
Proud and holier than thou. He keeps the peace in the upper planes. Militaristic only in the war against the Abyss and all fiends, putting him at odd with his old friend Hell.
Bytopia-
Double faced gnome with a heart of gold. Her first side is kind, inviting, and orderly while the other is wild, unpredictable, and animalistic. Dothion and Shurrock, planes that make up for duality, could be Bytopia's alters.
Elysium-
A highlight of the upper planes. She could make anyone happy. With her calm voice people would enter a meditative state and become one with Elysium's nature. Loves to grow food and share for free.
Beastlands-
A hunter at its purest form. Chose a longbow at the weapon that they are extremely proficient in. They love gathering a large hunting group to fined enlarged mythril animals as a game. He may be the stupidest personif plane, only at human average of 10-11 INT, but he has enough to do what he loves and does best.
Arborea-
Very similar to Feywild, they are immensely beautiful. passionate, wild, astounding heartiness, and a dreamer through and through. Arborea show herself as an young elf in their early adulthood. Gives great joy and deep sorrow.
Ysgard-
Similar as Beastlands, Ysgard lives on the merit of fighting prowess. He is built like a power-lifter and carries a hammer of adamantine. Duels frequently, to keep his statue in the land, not that people ever beat him. A person who stand neutral-sided in drama, but has a deep loving heart for inhabitants of the plane.
Limbo-
Chaos incarnate. Originally an amorphous mass of changing voices until Mechanus built a machine to bring order to Limbo's domain now giving zir a visible humanoid-ish form. Unpredictable, but chill kind of personif.
Pandemonium-
The true personif that went into madness and will never make it out. No one can hear them when they talk, ears only hear howling wind. Not much is known about Pandemonium, they casts themself away in her plane for millenniums at a time. Carceri is the only person that can find them if this happens.
Abyss-
A chaotic, angry, and destructive personif with a mysterious past. Wears the skin of his defeated enemy and consumes his own inhabitants. A constant war machine to completely obliterate the Sphere. Stay away from them if possible. Like Bytopia, he may also be plural.
Carceri-
A guard of the prison that is his plane. Covered in chains and rigged makeshift cloth clothing. Silent and judgemental with the skills at locating and capture. You gain his respect if you get out of Carceri by defeating the guards of the exit, he'll let you out with no grudge.
Hades-
A nothing of a person. Emotionless, desire-less, dreamless, careless, all this accumulates into a walking husk personif. He sucks out what he doesn't have from people just in his presences, all while gaining none of it. Gehenna need to drag him for him to do anything or go any where. Has a larva named Kámpia.
Gehenna-
You know what, I can't find the right information that I got from all the other planes, There is nothing to go off of. Gehenna is an outcast that almost no one sees like ever other than Arborea and her first layer Arvandor. Nothing else.
Nine Hells-
Just call him Hell. A man the represents all sins, most noticeable prideful and wrathful. Militaristic with a strong sense of fighting like the enemy. Respecting and or ignores most other planes, they are none of his business, unless contracts are involved.
Acheron-
If Beastlands and Ysgard were hunting and battling, Acheron was war. A somewhat randomly scar ridden body, but ridged in battle-lines. He fights for structure and yet nothing at all. This burly heft of a man will show you the deepest horrors of being in the military.
Mechanus-
Logical and consistent working as a machine, is a machine. Bringing order to the planes, sometimes with force. Their mentioned maybe extreme at time but its all for the absolute concept of lawfulness. His one sided rivalry with Limbo is a constant battle to push back everything Limbo stands for.
Arcardia-
Harmony at its finest. Must have everything in pleasing shapes and organize to the nearest minoot item. Unblemished skin and is near perfect in her appearance. A lovely farmer who stays in peace; may panic if not in that situation.
Outlands-
The most neutral and respected plane in the Sphere. He offers a middle ground for personifs to meningeal without the fighting. He is hospitable and kind, welcoming even. As long as you play by the nature of neutrality, you can stay as long as you like.
Inner Planes:
Air-
Show up as a wind spirit that made up of any elemental plane he helped form, example Smoke or Salt. Nonchalant, but harsh at time. If he's angry you should start teleporting.
Water-
Think surfer mix with pirate personality wise. Free spirited, with a knack in getting sailors lost and underwater creature way out of there depth. He is just as traveled as the top of the seas and mysterious as the bottom of the ocean.
Earth-
Strong, sturdy, and protective. He acts as a guardian of the Elemental planes, except for Air, who have rebuffed the offer even time it is suggested. Stands tall in his mountain range between Water and Fire.
Fire-
A warm, but destructive woman with the occasional rage outburst if she can't keep herself under control.
Positive Energy-
Upbeat and lively. Always see the positives of life no matter where she is. Despite thought of her being good person, uplifts everyone not matter their alignment or habits. She is life itself not goodness.
Negative Energy-
Life suckering individual. Speaks only in cold tones and speak patterns. Negative never really leaves his plane of influence nor do they have any relationship, other than his dual-ship with Positive. Sometimes Negative would supply positive energy to visitors to extended their life so he isn't lonely in his plane, if for only a brief moment.
Smoke-
A quiet but hot headed Transitive plane. Tall and hot, by whatever merit your using, by always being shirtless with silk pants. He feels above people with a wide reach over those in his domain.
Magma-
Stand your ground type guy with a fiery rage. Slow moving and slow to cool down from meltdowns. Will just touch you knowing full well what lava on skin does.
Ooze-
A sliding nasty, slimy, and gluttonous individual with the mere goal of surviving the Realms. Sees to the propagation of oozes new and old. They surround her at all times. Seen as a nuisance by other planes making her very under spoken.
Ice-
Cold and snappy. Chills anyone to the body with her actions. She slips past enemy and friends alike. Favorite weapon is a lance.
Lightning-
A striking young adult blue half-dragon decorated in copper chainmail and jewelry. Will shock you by being in the same area. Do not test or be under his ire.
Radiance-
Another ever so beautiful and joyful personif. The smart and bubbly Radiance must be praised at all times. They even have a group following them for this very task.
Minerals-
It's a bit pricey to get the attention of Mineral. He wears vibrate color that have mineral growing off of them. May also be a bit stuck-up.
Steam-
Quick to anger, but just as fast to calm down and apologize. Relaxed most of the other time. Takes the air right out of ya.
Vacuum -
Another soul sucking person. Devoid of real personality, deep history, or fashion sense. Another nothingness of a man, just how he wants it to be.
Ash-
Cold and callus. A person who wishes for no warmth or affection. Wore raggedy cloths with fire burnt holes.
Dust-
Forgettable. Just a nuisance to other, but you might as well not pay attention. Showing up as a old man with peeling skin patches. Dust had found a way of always being there by overlooked at every occasion.
Salt-
Crazy jealous and will rub it in with their accomplishments or other people's failures in people's faces. A beautiful with an eye for shape language but deadly all the same.
Other:
Material-
Material takes many form and personalities. They take on the roll of a puppet for the rest of the planes to affect him. Usually seen as an object or project rather than a person. But Material is a person with wants and desires. They have heroes and villains who rise from their birth plane and do his will to counteract the other planes' influences.
Astral-
A powerful and ancient personif. Overseeing the travel of everything in between the planes. She wear elegant flowing dresses with a silk like texture embroidered with the map of the astral plane. Soft spoken with an echoing voice.
Ethereal-
A ghost of a person. Has two aspects of herself one in the Ethereal plane and outside. Outside she is even quieter than Carceri, slow walking, everything is slowdown for her. Not a fighter or a very perspective. In the Ethereal she stand tall and proud, her voice sound commanding despite it being a mere whisper, and she'll fight and drag you to the afterlife if your trying to leave the plane without judgment at Fugue.
Feywild-
Elegant and boisterous, she makes her presences known at every opportunity, usurping the host at all events. A party girl with no limits. However she plays by her own rule of the Feywild; mischievous, soul sucking, and ever easy to break. Change personality based of the seasons, some more hostile than others.
Shadowfell-
Patience, observant, and gloomy as all hell. Wear a single plain black gown with ruffles beneath the waist. She sucks joy and whimsy out of any area she has been in, sometimes the effect lasts for years.
Far Realms-
A mysterious entity dressed in robes and a veil. Wants to over take and enslave Material and morph them into a non-coherent being like themselves. The spawn point of many evil, strong, and intelligent monster known to the universe and Far is no different. Evil like the Aybss and smart like Mechanus.
