(I doubt anyone would be interested in doing anything with my fics but might as well, right??)
yay! I got Ryan too!! Which makes perfect sense because while reading Tough Guy, I was all the time: I'm Ryan.. he's so relatable lol (I also got Eric and Troy)
protect short sentence stacking as a stylistic choice.
protect fanfic writers—who are kind enough to share their works with people to read for free—from ai witch hunts, speculations and accusations.
“don’t like don’t read” also applies to any fic that is ai-generated and any fic you think is ai-generated by the way. if you don’t like what you’re reading for any reason, you can always stop reading and exit the fic at any point. but harassment is never ever justified. no matter if you think you’ve found a noble excuse to do it. and also…
witch hunts, speculations and accusations harm the writing community as much as ai does. if not more. I don’t want to see another innocent writer get driven away from the community because someone decides to harass and accuse them for using ai just because their fic happens to have “ai telltales” — the same telltales ai got from having been trained on millions of human-made works to mimic how real humans actually write.
This is so important and occurs outside of the fanfic space as well. I've seen authors get rejected because their book sounded 'too AI' when they're just the type of writer who knows how to use em dashes. I've seen content writers and copywriters spend hours on assignments they submit for job applications that reject them for 'using AI' that they never used to begin with! All while those jobs hire writers who did in fact use AI and prompt it NOT to 'sound like AI' (because yes that is something you can very easily do), and publishers work with authors who have openly mentioned using AI for 'editing and brainstorming' while receiving little to no backlash for it.
Also, no you're not some holier than thou smartass for presuming everyone who does not have em dashes/'not x, not y, but z' writing is writing without AI and vice versa. I especially hate when people in power like publishers, employers, and professors use this presumption to make life miserable for writers who genuinely love writing
The older i get, the more i realize that someone making time for you is one of the clearest signs they care. Everyone is busy. Everyone has responsibilities and their own battles to fight. So when someone consistently chooses to spend their time with you, checks on you, and makes space for you in their life, it means something. time is one thing we can never get back, and people don't give it away lightly.
Found this on my drafts... I will never finish it lol
Buck’s right leg keeps bouncing up and down as he looks through the passenger window of Tommy’s truck. He’s not really paying attention to the scenery, though. His mind is completely elsewhere.
They had just left the restaurant where they had their third date. Buck had pushed Tommy against the side of his truck, and they had heavily made out for a couple of minutes.
Kissing Tommy is exhilarating, and Buck can’t get enough of it.
It hadn’t taken long until his pants got uncomfortably tighter and until he could feel that Tommy was in the same situation as him.
Reluctantly, they had stopped kissing but stayed close to each other, their arms still around each other.
Tommy had breathlessly asked Buck if he wanted to go back to his place for a drink or coffee. Buck had eagerly accepted, knowing what would happen and wanting it. After all, he had gotten ready before the date, even if he hadn’t known what would happen in terms of positions. But better to be ready, he had thought.
Now, they are on their way to Tommy’s place, and while Buck is excited to see the place for the first time, the nerves are growing by the second.
“You ok?” Tommy suddenly asks, breaking Buck out of his thoughts.
“Yeah, yeah,” Buck responds quickly, his voice a little higher than usual. He clears his throat, trying to sound normal. “I’m totally alright.”
“You don’t look,” Tommy says, briefly looking at Buck’s still bouncing leg. “Or sound alright.”
“I’m just… I’m just excited to see your place,” Buck replies, forcing his leg to stop moving.
Tommy nods, and his right hand lets go of the steering wheel to place it gently on Buck’s left thigh. He squeezes it softly.
Buck breathes out and feels himself relax with Tommy’s touch.
“Are we far?” Buck asks.
“No,” Tommy says, shaking his head. “Just a couple of more blocks away.”
They continue the drive in silence, except for the low music coming from the radio. Tommy only takes his hand away when necessary, and Buck can’t help but feel pleased about it.
When Buck walks inside Tommy’s house, the nerves go away. All he can feel inside of him is excitement and eagerness. He’s eager to get his hands on Tommy, to kiss him all over, and to feel his body above and in him.
That’s why when Tommy asks him if he wants a tour of the place or if he would rather have a coffee first, Buck shakes his head, goes straight towards him and kisses him filthily.
“Show me your bedroom,” Buck manages to mumble against Tommy’s lips.
Tommy pulls away completely, and Buck ignores the whine that left his own lips. “Are you sure?” Tommy asks him, looking dazed.
“I’m sure,” Buck replies.
Without waiting a second longer, Buck kisses him again, and that gets Tommy moving.
They made their way to the bedroom, bumping into walls and things that are on the way, all the while their lips are still attached, and their hands roam each other’s bodies.
Unfortunately for Buck, it isn’t until they are inside the bedroom, with both of their shirts off and their pants undone, that the nerves come back with a vengeance.
Anal is not something completely new to him but this would be the first time that he would do it with an actual man.
Tommy must have felt Buck’s body tensing because he stops his wandering hands and his lips detach from Buck’s neck. He looks at Buck for a couple of seconds, as if he were studying him.
“We don’t have to do anything, ok?” Tommy asks, finally.
“Yeah, yeah… I- I know,” Buck says, swallowing harshly. “I want to, though.”
“Truly,” Buck adds when Tommy looks skeptical.
“Ok…but if at any point you want to stop, just tell me, yes?” Tommy asks him, cupping Buck’s cheeks tenderly.
Buck smiles, feeling safe and endeared. “I promise.”
Tommy searches his face again before smiling and leaning in for a kiss.
Buck’s body hits the mattress and he moves up until he reaches the pillows, pulling Tommy with him.
Tommy’s hands travel from Buck’s chest, to his stomach, to his belt once again. He looks at Buck in question, and after he receives an enthusiastic nod, he unbuckles him and starts to take off Buck’s pants.
Once Tommy has the pants off, he gazes at Buck with desire in his eyes. “You’re incredible.”
Buck can feel his blush travelling from his cheeks to his neck. “Come here,” he breathes out.
“Wait,” Tommy says, his hands caressing Buck’s legs. “I want to take my time with you… You just lie there and enjoy.”
With that, Tommy grabs Buck’s right leg and starts peppering kisses along the arch of his foot.
He kisses, licks, and sucks on Buck’s leg, all the while Buck feels like dying from everything he’s feeling.
Tommy reaches the crease of his thigh and bites it. Buck moans loudly, his back and hips arching above the mattress.
“Please…” Buck begs, breathlessly.
“I have another leg to show some love,” Tommy teases him.
“Fuck me…” Buck fears he might come just for this.
“In a minute,” Tommy says with a smirk and a wink, and then proceeds to give his left leg the same treatment.
