something something Dick isn’t the golden son. He isn’t Bruce’s favorite. They clashed and fought and had serious screaming matches. The mantle of Batman is heavy and Dick was still a young adult when he had to take on a role that he wasn’t prepared to take along with making choices that would have made him the “bad guy” in either Tim or Damian’s eyes. Dick isn’t sunshine and rainbows. He is rage. He came to Bruce as an angry child and he is constantly marked by his anger throughout the comments. Bruce is led by justice, Dick by anger, and Jason by love.

Because Gotham is just as much as his city as Bruce, but he doesn’t care about the murder rule because he has seen such horrible shit in the Bowery and to himself via the Joker that he views the breaking of cyclical nature of Gotham crime through murderous means because he doesn’t care about protecting his morality. Jason loves Gotham so fiercely that he is willing to do anything to protect the people of his city, which is where he clashes with Bruce. Jason sees him as someone who wouldn’t put everything on the line to save Gotham (to save Jason. why is he still alive, Bruce). Many people are inspired and led to act through their sense of justice and fixing wrongs, but it’s the people who act in love who aren’t afraid to lose everything to save just one more person.

Hi :) I would just like to bring attention to this quote from Tim Drake. Some might love him and some might not and some might even drag him but this qote completly changed my perspective on his chracter overall. The way this quote could fit all Robins but Tim Drake the most, because he had to fill in the spot Jason left for him unwillingly.Batman was also no help for Tim to realize that he is more than just being Robin plus all the trauma and responsibilities the vigilante life bring with itself Tim Drake developed himself to the best skilled Robin,but also a damaged kid who just wanted to solve crimes and mysteries.
