we really don't talk enough about how hilarious of a character concept the anchor is. like. Hi we loved your review of our game so much we want you to become a canon character in it. it reminds me of that one flight rising post about someone printing out their 888 custom skin and taking it for a walk. hilarious.

this has always been my favorite blaseball fansong and i don't even know how many people know about it. it gets stuck in my head constantly
"The Brass Ring Endures" refers to Cerrit and his children and all the the knowledge entrusted to them by Pathia, to the civilians they were able to save against all odds, but it also refers to the treasure filled escape rooms Nydas left around apparently.
Love how Nydas’s age of arcanum hubristic concern over his own legacy manifested in him making an elaborately trapped tomb for him and his ship, filled with fun puzzles, reminders to hydrate, and his immortalized voicemails. He was really just having fun with that one.
