Read the article and it would seem the upset is because (minor spoilers) Bruce Wayne adopts Dick Grayson and then Dick finds out that the Batcave is beneath Wayne Manor and comments “Wow! Batman lives in Bruce Wayne’s basement!” (Or something to that affect) and then later when Batman asks Dick to come with him in the batmobile Dick is worried about leaving without “asking his Dad, Bruce Wayne” so Batman tells him that Bruce Wayne and Batman have joint custody of him so it’s ok. And Dick Grayson, an orphan who until recently didn’t have one dad, is overjoyed to find out that he now has two!

Fun fact: In one interview the creators mentioned that one reason everyone’s heads are shaped like really recognizable shapes (Candace is the letter p, Phineas is obviously just a triangle) is so its way easier for younger kids to draw them. Not being able to to draw your favorite characters when you’re little can be really frustrating and kind of put you off drawing all together.

also phineas and ferb is a well written and enjoyable show with characters who have personalities beyond just ‘obnoxious,’ fun episode concepts, and genuinely funny jokes. its vibe feels fantastical yet down-to-earth at the same time. it gets kids interested in STEM. the soundtrack is full of absolute bangers. 

so even if we concede that the animation style is bad (i disagree) it’s still an otherwise good show. as opposed to other shows people on here tend to talk shit about are boring, annoying, and the ugly animation certainly doesn’t help things.

You know what really sucks about having a parent die when you're 16?

You never forget them. You go about your life thinking "damn mom would've loved to experience that." You think "damn I wish mom was here to see this." And that's all you can think about. Everything that happens in your life from the moment they died turns into "I wish she was here for this." And then it hits that they're gone and the wound opens all over again and you just can't stop thinking about all the events they would have been so excited about; like graduations and weddings and vacations and movies.

Dear Tumblr, this is a special operation. We are going to purge the porn bots that follow us. 

Porn bots often have real looking usernames. The reason for this is because those usernames once belonged to real users. Bots hijack usernames as soon as it becomes available (Usernames become available if you change your username or delete your blog). They do this because the username (domain name) has more ‘authority’ than a complete new username. Porn bots rank higher in Google and other search engines because of this higher authority. It also makes them look more real.

But don’t be deceived. Let’s purge those bots! 

How to tell if a blog is a bot:

First go see who follows you on Tumblr. 

A blog is a porn bot when:

their profile picture is ‘sexy’ (and sometimes their username and description are the same)

They have links on their blog (if they follow you and have links: 10000% bot)

*Do not report empty blogs. There is nothing to report them for and chances are they are normal users that don’t use Tumblr after they created an account. 

How to purge a porn bot

Desktop

Go to their blog

Click on the pawn/human icon

Click ‘Report’ –> 'Report spam’ (do not report for sensitive content; porn is allowed on Tumblr)

Click ‘Flag & Block’

Mobile App

Go to their blog

Tap the pawn/human icon

Tap ‘report‘
