Ahhhhh another day completed!
My muscles are still sore from yesterday T×T no pain no gain right?! haha. I didnt do anything extra today....just the challenges. Might go for a walk on my lunch time though.
Man. I was looking at inspirational stuff and like all the people they show are skinny. have clear skin. perfect hair etc etc. BUT then i realize they didnt get that way or stay that without exercising and what not either. I know some people are naturally like that but you gotta work hard to get what you want.
Thats when i learned, I grew. Something typically would discourage me or make me want to compare myself, didn't.
In fact it encouraged me.
Exercising and dieting so far has given me more positive thinking. And I have a little more drive to push forward!
So far so good!
So far I had eggs and bacon and string cheese with a lemon lime flavored water and some pork rinds. c: sticking to the diet is getting easier :)

Late night posting!
So today was day 2 of my workout! Success I would like to add. I just gotta keep it going! My goal is to complete these 2 challenges. On top of that im also doinf the 25 squats every time I go to the bathroom. Of im at home i add 15 counter push ups.
Breakfast was a slim fast advance coffee. Lunch was some eggs and bacon with keto noodles.
I skipped dinner because I used my lunch time to recharge. I did drink about 11 cups of water. 5 cups shy of a gallon. :/
And I had some Starbucks throughout my shift.

June 2nd
So Sundays are typically my rest/cheat/weigh in days. I didn't do much but i did do some walking and still drinking my water. Back to my diet and exercise tomorrow! I didnt weigh myself today since i did it yesterday on the 1st. :D Was thinking about adding some dancing into my workouts. :3
My eating habits werent bad but i felt how it effected my energy for sure. @_@;

Hello everyone!!
Nesagii here! Finally getting back on track on my health and weight loss journey. I was posting on my instagram about it but I am aiming to be more organized! So since restarting my journey I lost roughly 8 LBS.
I am doing a keto inspired diet. Drinking at minimum 8 cups of water a day but sgarting today im aiming for a gallon and doing these challenges 💖 Its been a bit rought but so far its worth it. Heres my June 1st before picture and lets see where i get by July! My goal is to be 170 by July 1st.
Also! I discovered something called a goal pyramid. But I'll get into that more later on.
So far here it is and here I am!

April 1st 2019
Here it is! April 1st. 4 months into the new year. HOLY MOLY. well. Heres a progress photo I did. Starting at 194 and currently at 186. Thats 8lbs lost. Its small but its better than nothing.
I woke up this morning drank water and exercised.
I found a morning wake up exercise and then i did a 30 day challenge. I'll post more details of exactly what i did.
For breakfast/lunch i had a boiled egg, some original and hot and spicy pork rinds, pickles and an Atkins PB cup. And water of course.
Slowly but surely getting there :) One of my favorite quotes to go back to is,

NO EXERCISE
;-; I did NOT exercise today. I legit sat still for like 45 minutes. Doing NADA. well. besides thinking i guess....
On a positive note, I've stuck with my low carb diet which is aim to 20 grams a day. And! I first started my plans at 20 seconds and today I did a whole minute. I figured I would walk for half of my lunch to get some kind of activity in....
I did however work on some cosplay 😎
Lets see what is in store for tomorrow. it is my weekend so those are typically my cheat days! :D Lets hope in moderation xD

Day 3 of using the Sauna suit!! Found out my fitbit has a generic exercise timer xD Whoops! Next time I'll use it. I did a full body eexercise today. squats, push ups, crunches etc etc. i havent decided on an actual workout program for me YET. but im figuring out what i can do. And my plank hold went from 20 seconds to 45 seconds!! YAYS FOR PROGRESS. Next weigh in will be Sunday, March 24th!!

So i have a competition next month. my health has been on and off and I've been getting my migraines and weight back 😭😭😭😭
Time to get really serious. Self discipline. motivation. self control. i need it all! Dx
So now before i eat something i atare at it amd really think about it inatead of just putting it my mouth. im starting the day with some rose green tea and my sauna suit TT0TT ITS HOT.
Gotta still determine an exercise plan for my level and my injured knee. I suck at cardio unless its jogging but I only jog well on a track. weird. i know.
For my diet i will be doing the low carb diet. 20 grams a day. increase my water intake as well.
So im going to post daily what i do and every sunday i will post my weight/progress.
TO THE DREAMCOSBOD!!!!! AND BETTER HEALTH!!!!!!! AND MORE ENERGY!!!!!!! AND MORE CONFIDENCE AND SELF ESTEEM!!!!!!

So after being sick for forever. And having a lot if things going on. No more excuses. I measured myself and started dieting today. I plan on doing a detox as well because I just don't feel good.
Current measurements goes
Bust: 42"
Waist: 39.5"
Hips: 47"

I had my surgery guys. Im okay~ just gotta put exercising on hold. But i am going to diet.
I spoke to the nurae and she gave me some advice about calorie counting and light exercise.
Day 4?
xD ahh day 4 of my exercising . I’m not on my phone so I can’t post the picture. But I’ve been exercising and working on my diet and water intake. I will be getting surgery on Tuesday though... so it will put me down for a little. But i will still be doing light things. Weigh in day is coming soon!! :D Eheheh I did forget to post yesterday, sorry guys D: Looking up some details. it looks like i may not be able to exercise for a while. :/ Imma find some ways.
Day 2
Day 2 of sticking with my exercise DVD. :3 I definitely felt my legs this morning xD Totally worth it. I’m slowly getting stronger. Of course I know it’s not going to happen over night.... but i feel good :D
Of course Its already 7PM and I’m not going to lie... I almost didn’t exercise because I was having such a hard day, I was like, “I’ll do it tomorrow...” And I tried to come up with some lame excuse to justify me not exercising today.
But there is no reason to not squeeze in exercise. No matter how tired I feel. I noticed that most of the time, I just keep giving myself excuses.
No more. >:3
I owe it to myself and my family and friends to get in shape and healthy.
I want to gain strength, confidence, health and energy.

Officially started my exercise plan!!! I plan to follow this to the T but I also will add jump rope and possibly extra things :)
Made myself a shadowbox out of a mail box, cardstock, and a sheet protector :D turned out pretty nice. Im gonna use this for my dreamcosbod reward!! :D
