What if the Terrans existed because they were created by the Decepticons to infiltrate Earth and take over?

This continuity follows similar rules to G1 as to creating new Cybertronians, ie, they don't need the Well of All Sparks of the Matrix of Leadership to build new ones. So, Wheeljack has been building Dinobots in Japan and nobody has stopped him.

I don't really like how Shockwave turned out in the first panel, and also his design is more evidence as to why I should not be designing transformers.
