I’m having an art sale!
But this time, they’re older paintings that I made back in 2017/2018, long before I even had a website.
I recently came across them again while organizing the garage.
For years, they’ve been wrapped up, packed away, hibernating and dreaming of their future homes.
I never forgot them, but I did push them to the back of my mind. I always knew they were there, but over the years, my style has changed and evolved so much that I think I just sort of thought of them as relics from the past.
But the fact is, they are also part of my artistic journey just as much as my newer pieces are. And I still love them all. They helped get me where I am now. And they will always be a small but integral part of where I’m going next. 💖
For months, all I’ve wanted to do was paint! But I didn’t have a lot of time.
I’m making the time now. And that starts with also making a little space for the new! Looking at them again has me excited to paint all kinds of whimsical, magical creatures, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do in the coming weeks and months!
