Ok this stood out to me! During mishas panel a fan asked him about something Jensen said, and it looked like it really bothered him.

Then I got a close up and slowed it down

He looks angry and hurt to me!

To me it looks like it really affects him and also really shocked him that Jensen said this. And in my opinion I think the reason why he likes the scenes the most with Jensen is because he has feelings for him and him playing Castiel is his way of getting closer to him. There’s been a few times where misha has said “the intimate scenes with dean/Jensen are what I’ve enjoyed the most” you’d only feel that way if you was deeply connected to the person..
