Asexuality by Tiny Dinosaur :)!
I know we all know this but I just love Tiny Dinosaur, okay.
Are You Dissociating?
Dissociating is one of the most common responses to abuse and trauma. It involves feeling numb, detached or unreal and (while it happens to everyone once in a while) is experienced more frequently and severely in survivors. Dissociating people vary widely in symptoms and may experience any or all of the things from the following list.
You may be dissociating if you:
find yourself staring at one spot, not thinking anything
feel completely numb
feel like you’re not really in your body, like you’re watching yourself in a movie.
feel suddenly lightheaded or dizzy
lose the plot of the show or conversation you were focused on
feel as if you’re not quite real, like you’re in a dream
feel like you’re floating
suddenly feel like you’re not a part of the world around you
feel detached and far away from other people, who may seem mechanical or unreal to you
are very startled when someone/something gets your attention
completely forget what you were thinking just a moment ago
suddenly cover your face or react as if you’re about to be hurt for no reason
can’t remember important information about yourself, like your age or where you live
find yourself rocking back and forth
become very focused on a small or trivial object or event
find that voices, sounds or writing seem far away and you sometimes have trouble understanding them.
feel as if you’ve just experienced a flashback (perhaps rapidly) but you can’t remember anything about it.
perceive your body as foreign or not belonging to you
(likes and reblogs always taken as support)
To my anon asking about dissociation. I hope you see this.
I thought dissociation was only when I have straight up out of body experiences turns out I’m dissociated like 99% of the time lmso
Raising money for Autism Awareness Week
I’m going live now for anyone that wants to drop in and see what I’m doing. Please don’t hesitate to send in a request and boost this to help raise money and awareness for those affected by autism.

World Autism Awareness Week
Today marks the start of our week of fundraising for The National Autistic Society! I’ll be going live on Picarto soon to begin my charity stream. For the entire duration of the week I’ll be taking requests and accepting donations on Just Giving. And since it’s Autism Awareness Week all of my artwork will be incorporating The National Autistic Society’s colours!
If you have any requests, please feel free to drop them into our ask box or my personal ask box: @connortheflowerprince and don’t forget to boost this and help us raise money to support those whose lives are affected by autism.

World Autism Awareness Week
Don’t forget that it start’s tomorrow (Saturday) and I’ll be streaming art on Picarto all week to help raise money and awareness for The National Autistic Society. Regular updates will be posted throughout the week to let everyone know when streams go live along with information on autism. My Just Giving page is now live for anyone that wishes to donate. Anything donated via Just Giving will go directly to The National Autistic Society once the week is over. Anyone that wants to donate can do so here.
We appreciate your support and hope that you will help to spread awareness to help those on the autistic spectrum, as well as their families.

I’m admin of this page, so I’m sharing here too. I’ll be taking commissions throughout the week, but rather than paying my via paypal, I’d like anyone that I do commissions for to donate the equivalent price to my just giving page.

March 31st is #TransDayOfVisibility #TDOV
Heyo guys, I’m admin Connor and since it’s trans day of visibility I thought I’d share a few things with you. I’m FTM trans and a few weeks ago I came out to my parents a couple weeks ago. I was super nervous about it but they took it better than I expected. In April I have an appointment with a therapist at a mental health clinic to talk about my gender dysphoria and hopefully get referred to a gender identity clinic. If anyone has any questions, I’ll be more than happy to answer them for you.
Trans day of visibility
Today is trans day of visibility, so I would like to post a few reminders:
*Trans people need support all year long. *This holiday is to celebrate trans people. *Trans people are wonderful. *Outing people without consent? DON’T! *Appreciate trans people for who we are. *Remember that we are human beings. *A trans person being an asshole, although that needs to be called out, is no excuse for misgendering or deadnaming someone. *There’s no excuse for misgendering or deadnaming, except if the trans person is closeted and not ready to come out to certain people. *Don’t confuse fetishization with love. *Even trans people have internalized transphobia, therefore do listen when called out, and do consciously fight against it. *Transphobia is structural, there’s no equivalent for cis people because they don’t face this kind of oppression. *Remember that transphobia, and also transmisogyny, can intersect with other forms of oppression, like racism or ableism. *If you have cis privilege use it to support trans people. *Correct pronouns and name are equally important whether or not the trans person is there to listen. *Reblog our selfies if you can? That’d be nice. *Do listen to trans people and do your learning. *Google is a wonderful tool so use it. *Trans people are amazing. *Thank you for existing.
Autism doesn’t ruin our lives. Having people refuse to accommodate our needs and people deciding to abuse us just because we are autistic ruins our lives.
Transgender Day of Visibility
It's that time of year and we'll be sharing the love in the transgender community. Feel free to drop us a submission and share your story.
all three posters about asexuality all collated together in one post!!
International Transgender Day of Visibility
March 31st is just around the corner and we’ll be celebrating the lives of all the transgender people in the world. We’ll be opening our submissions to anyone who wants to share their story with us and boosting posts to help raise awareness so that we may one day see transgender discrimination come to an end.
World Autism Awareness Week
If you aren’t already aware, World Autism Awareness Week is next month, from the 2nd to the 8th of April. It’s all about spreading awareness regarding autism and those on the autistic spectrum as well as raising money to help autistic people and their families.
Nonconformity will be running a few small fundraising things during this week to help raise money for The National Autistic Society (based in the UK). We’ll be posting more details over the next few days as to exactly what we’ll be doing and how you can help.
If you’re interested in doing something to raise money yourself or would like to know a little more about autism, please visit The National Autistic Society’s website.
