it’s so fucking funny to me how jayce just accepted he was going to have to submit to viktor. i know there was an army of metal bots surrounding just him, but i can’t help but feel like he was also just like “welp, this is the doing of the most brilliant person i know. literally, i and no one else ever stood a chance. time to pull out the most romantic, self-affirming confession. and not because i even think it’s gonna work, i’ve just needed to tell him that i’ve been in love with him way before i even realized in that cave.”
