sounds silly but. one of the greatest things ever as someone with a trauma background is learning that things aren't inherently as bad or as scary as I thought. it IS possible to assemble Ikea furniture without arguments. is IS possible to discuss boundaries without having something thrown at me for speaking out of turn. it IS possible to spend hours on end sharing your favourite things with your favourite people, and not get called annoying for it. the world is an incredible place

It is possible to listen to someone's problem without it becoming your problem to fix. It is possible to have a difficult conversation without yelling or cursing. It is even possible to have arguments without bringing up the cruelest things you know about the person. It is possible to find people who give you credit for your merits instead of reducing you to your flaws. The world is indeed incredible.

also ive seen this hack everywhere but my friends say they havent never heard of it so.

INSTANT NOODLE EGG

1. consume instant/cup noodle but do not finish the soup

2. crack egg into soup and mix well

3. microwave until egg is fully cooked (about 2 mins per egg, depending on ur settings)

4. it is hot do not drop the egg learn from my mistakes consume the egg it is good protein
